This 3-bedroom one level home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac in Greenwood Forest, just minutes from the shops and restaurants of Harbour Town, South Beach Marina, and Sea Pines Center. Guests also enjoy access to the Greenwood Forest pool, playground, tennis, and basketball. A neighborhood path shortens the walk or bike ride to Sea Pines Center and Harbour Town.

Sea Pines offers endless activities: miles of white sandy beaches, golf, tennis, pickleball, bike trails, and boating. Take a sunset or dolphin cruise from Harbour Town or South Beach, and don’t miss the Sea Pines Beach Club with oceanfront bar and restaurants. Visit the petting zoo at Lawton Stables and take a horse ride through the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Great stay in Sea Pines! The house was exactly as listed and the photos perfectly captured the home - it was beautifully decorated and very cozy. Fit our family of 5 adults but could easily sleep up to 7-8 as listed. It was in a very quiet neighborhood and close to the beach (4 min drive or 12 min bike ride). Highly recommend!

Sea Pines Vacation

We met our adult children for vacation and had a great time. The house is spacious and we were so glad we could being our golden doodle. We saw lots of deer and birds at the house and alligators in nearby ponds which we enjoyed. We loved all the bike trails and beautiful large trees for shade.

The photos in the house do not do it justice. Tom's house was absolutely perfect for our extended family. It is a short bike ride to the beach and to Harbor Town, and a quick walk to the community pool and the shoppping center with a cafe, restaurants, and a convenience store. The beds weree comfortable, the house was absolutely spotless, and the ktichen was well-equipped and spacious. Tom was incredibly responsive, and didn't even mind when I asked him questions that his very thorough check-in guide had already answered but I simply failed to read carefully. I would rent this house again very happily!
