Located in the Oaks at Wasatch community in Cottonwood Heights at the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon near Solitude, Brighton, Alta, and Snowbird ski resorts within 10 minutes. 20 minutes to downtown Salt Lake, 30 minutes to Park City.

The two homes sit two doors apart from each other on the same lane within the private Oaks at Wasatch community at the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon - just a short 15 minute drive up the canyon to Snowbird/Alta, or Solitude/Brighton resorts.

One home is a 4bed/3.5 bath sleeps 12 with a hot tub, and the 2nd home is 5 bed/3.5 bath sleeps 17 with a private hot tub. Both homes have modern fully-stocked kitchens, dining areas, family room with fireplace, and 2-car garage. The 5 bedroom home has boot dryers, ski racks, information, and easy access to the slopes. Professionally cleaned and guests are always provided fresh linens, towels, bath and kitchen essentials.

Family Wedding at La Caille

Perfect location for our family to stay for a wedding weekend at LaCaille. Great proximity to the venue and we used all 9 bedrooms. One property was very clean, but the other was okay (hot tub in particular). The property manager, Utah's Best Vacation Rental, was Utah's "Okayest" VR. We had the hardest time ever communicating with them. We were hoping to get an early check-in, fully prepared to pay a radium, but calls were never returned and they were difficult to reach. On the flip side, the property owners are clearly taking steps to keep the properties up to da with various upgrades to the bathrooms and kitchen. Very nice condition overall and i would definitely stay there again.

Great for large groups

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a large group of family members and wanted to all be close. These 2 townhouses made that possible and allowed the 'grandparents' to have quiet space away from the younger kids! The houses were great, just a few minor things; the tub in the master of the one townhouse kept running, some lightbulbs were out and some of the vents needed to be dusted. ALL minor things, so a REALLY GREAT overall stay! And would recommend. Location was close to our SLC family, the events we came in for, the airport & ski resorts.

very clean, enough rooms for all of us.

We enjoyed our stay and there was enough room for all of us. It was a great location for all the activities we had planned. The homes were very clean. There is very little parking and if you have a bigger vehicle it is very tight. There were a few things that need repair, the faucet on the master bath tub is constantly leaking. And the Basement room closet doors were broken.
