The location was pretty convenient for the Disney properties, which was great. However, of the 3 bathrooms, only one had a functioning toilet. The TV in the living room was broken and missing a remote. The house looks like its been flooded multiple times, with warped and molding baseboards and doors. The code didn't work on the door and took 12 hours for the host to respond. Coffee maker did not work...Basically everything was broken in the house. I would not recommend staying here until things are actually fixed, very disappointing.

Overall the house was ok. There were some issues we encountered. Checking in they didn’t have our info Ran out of hot water (family couldn’t all get ready to go places without having to wait)Toilets ran non stop Pool size was very deceiving Pool was dirty Screen was ripped in patio Screen around pool broken Hole in flooring upstairs Vinyl peeling off the walls upstairs Needed more towels Ice machine made noises Couch was very uncomfortable Tv had line through bottom of screen in living room

This stay was amazing me, my brothers and my daughter loved the theming of the Harry Potter hallways and bedroom. Everything was easy access and the staff on the resort were very nice. Overall a fantastic trip!

If you’re coming to Orlando to experience the Harry Potter theme park attractions, you might want to check this place out very well appointed and decorated Harry Potter themed home. Property was very clean and well organized.

Family vacation

Great place to stay if going to Disney or Universal. Property is located near plenty of grocery stores and food options. Kids loved the theme rooms and pool.

This is the worst experience I have ever had, it was a nightmare. To start with the lighting in the house was poor. There was no remote controller for the tv downstairs, once we were able to turn it on manually the screen was faulty (had lines all over the screen). I had to go buy pots and pans because the only two pans were dirty and scratched really bad. The kids did not want to sleep in the bunk beds because they were unstable (they ended up sleeping downstairs), The next morning when I was about to make breakfast, the fire alarms went off (there was no smoke anywhere, I hadn't even turned on the stove) and like 5 minutes in water started pouring through the light fixtures down stairs. Needless to say the house was flooding (both floors). We found out the the master bedroom toilet was overflowing from the base not even the bowl. I contacted the owner and all they said was turn off the water. I asked for them to send the cleaning crew and was told that they would send them but I had to pay for it... We decided to leave that same day and asked for a refund for the second night as we were not going to sleep there (the place was a mess and unsanitary). The owner refused stating that we had caused the toilet to get clogged, which is not true. It was only used once, and it was that morning. I rented this property because I guided myself by the overall review (9.2/10) but reading all the reviews, people had already complained about the toilets. Still fighting for a refund...

Wonderful Stay!

Check in process was longer then expected which was fine, but caused traffic issues as everyone was trying to get access cards at same time. Hogwarts theme did not disappoint the kids or adults. Only recommendation to those that are thinking of staying here, bring an air purifier for bedrooms during allergy season!

Great house and great location

House was great. We had 3 kids and our mother in law. The downstairs suite was great for her. Kids rooms were fun. Primary bed was comfortable. Highly recommend this house for a home base during a Disney trip. We did every other day at the pool and Disney. Community amenities were close by and great!

Christmas Vacation

This place was beautiful, tastefully decorated, very clean, and super functional. We had an amazing time here and the kids absolutely loved it! The owners were super easy to communicate with & even had a pretty Christmas tree decorated in the home for us to enjoy. I would highly recommend this place. It has everything you need, very close to a lot of family activities, & near some great food places. The gated community & security kept us feeling safe the entire time. Thank you for a wonderful experience, we can’t wait to visit again.

Senior softball trip

Myself my husband and our mothers with our two Boston terriers stayed comfortably for our daughter’s college senior year of softball. We all had plenty of room and enjoyed floating in the pool at the condo as well as going to the clubhouse pool as well. There were things there to make dinners or lunches as we needed. I would recommend this rental to friends and family!

Wonderful Home

If I could give 10 stars for communication with property manager, I would! There was an issue with check-in on the resort side and the owners took care of it immediately - which was a HUGE relief after 12 hours of travel. The home itself is cozy. The kids absolutely adored the themed rooms and the upstairs hall. The adults adored the super comfortable king size beds. The community pool was very nice and the short commute to Disney was awesome! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Awesome House!

Our hosting family was great. Communication was on point. We were a party of 10 people and we enjoyed very much the house and the club house amenities. With a family of different group ages, everyone had a space comfortable for they needs. The property was exactly as describe and the kids rooms are like the photos. The location was perfect near a lot of restaurants and groceries stores. All the staff at the resort were super nice too. We recommend this property!

Convenient & Cute

We loved this location for a family get together at Disney World. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to eat at home and there was plenty of room for the kids to run around the living area. The pool made for a fun evening after the kids went down - especially loved that it was heated! Each of the bedrooms was beautifully decorated. The themed rooms were a huge hit! The hosts were very communicative and welcoming. We will definitely come back!
