Casita Claudia is a brand new one bedroom, private house nicely situated 300meters(or a 2-4min walk) from Playas Del Coco Beach. Casita Claudia is a perfect fit for Nomads (desk & great wifi) available or a couple to enjoy our Pura Vida lifestyle. Plenty of room to relax, indoors and outdoors. A car is not necessary since most restaurants, shops, and town are no more than a 15 minute walk. Don't want to cook, delivery from most restaurants is possible. If you do bring your car we have a spot just in front of the Casita which is fenced in. Come unwind and discover Costa Rica and ALL it has to offer.

Very Nice

Claudia’s Casita is nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The secure parking was good. It is a short walk to the beach or to town. Claudia was easy to reach and very helpful when we had any questions. The only downside was no hot water. We enjoyed our stay.

Why they chose this property

I love how close everything is at Casa & Casita Claudia. If you don't want to rent a car, you really don't need to here. Plus certain times of the year it's almost impossible or just too expensive. The beach is a five minute or one block walk. There are numerous shops, cafes and restaurants to choose from and all within walking distance. The town of Coco is less than a fifteen minute walk. Taxis are available. Food can also be delivered.

Casita Claudia sits just next to Casa Claudia, a two bedroom home that can accommodate up to 5 people. One queen bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom plus, one futon in the living room. Parking is also possible in gated area.
