The spacious balcony offers amazing views of the emerald green waters and white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the tranquil Topsail Hill State Preserve. Awake to the relaxing sound of waves lapping the shore and toast the sunset from this 6th floor perch. The kitchen features granite countertops and breakfast bar with seating for three. The adjacent dining room has additional seating for a family dinner or quick meal.

The master bedroom with king size bed and comfortable guest bedroom with a queen bed have TV and DVD players for keeping you and your guests entertained. Enjoy the brand new bedding in both bedrooms while unwinding after a day of fun in the sun. The master bath features a relaxing whirlpool tub, large walk-in shower and double vanity, while the guest bathroom is conveniently connected to the guest bedroom for easy access and privacy. Wonderful Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Management was wonderful from day one. They made this whole experience worry free. A few days prior we received a text with details, codes, instructions. We walked in and this unit was exactly as pictured, very clean, management had little starter boxes in each bathroom and kitchen which includes a few necessities ( detergent, soap, shampoo/conditioner). The view was spectacular. This unit did have beach items available to use. We had trouble with the cable, but management was available via text and call to help trouble shoot. We grilled one night, there is a great area with clean grills on ground area. Pool/beach access is great. We ate at the pool restaurant one evening, great service and food. One thing we wish we had access to is a fitness center. When you rent the renter needs to be a meber, and then it’s still $45 a day. We took advantage of Long Beach walks instead. Easy check-in and checkout. We would definitely stay here again.
