Modern vacation bungalow Auritz in Heringsdorf near the Baltic Sea

The Villa Doris is a modern city villa in a quiet outskirts with a residential street. The Baltic Sea beach can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes (1.5 km).
The holiday complex was completed in 2018 and consists of a main house with 6 exclusive holiday apartments and three high-quality holiday bungalows. The children's playground and a barbecue area branch off to the right from the driveway with sufficient parking spaces.
There is a communal lounge in front of the main entrance for quiet evening hours.
The special equipment of the villa includes a sauna and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee (coin operated machine).

The bungalow Auritz is located on the property of Villa Doris and has a south-west facing spacious terrace. The living room furnished in a maritime design convinces with a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and one with a double bed, offer enough space for up to 4 people. The apartment is dog-friendly and particularly invites families and holiday guests who want to spend an exclusive Baltic Sea vacation.

Tolle Unterkunft, wenn auch nicht unbedingt in Strandnähe. Der ist allerdings auch mit einem schönen Spaziergang fußläufig zu erreichen. Toll war, das das Grundstück umzäunt ist, so haben wir (weil alleine), den Hund bendenklos von der Leine lassen können. Die Kücke ist mit dem allem Wichtigen ausgestattet, der Zustand war top. Die Sauna im Haupthaus ist klein und fein, reicht prima für den abendlichen Schwitzegang. Wer allerdings einen Spa-Bereich erwartet, sollte die Erwartungen runterschrauben. Für Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit würde ich Extra-Punkte vergeben. Gerne wieder.

Die Ferienanlage Villa Doris ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen ( ca. 1,5km von der Strandpromenade entfernt) in einem abgeschlossenen Areal Möglichkeiten zum draußen sitzen und auch zu grillen waren auch sehr schön , auch Parkmöglichkeiten waren ausreichend vorhanden . Wir kommen gerne wieder.
