The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
- Place all dirty towels in the bathtub in the front bathroom - Strip all bedding and leave on floor in the room - Load all dishes in dishwasher and start. Dish pods are provided
- Take trash out to the bins by the garage: beige bin is for recyclables. Trash comes on Monday morning - set the bins out Sunday night. Place bin at the curb if checking out on Saturday/Sunday.
- Turn off all lights and set AC to 75 in summer and 68 in winter. - Lock all exterior doors before your departure: patio door, back garage door, and front door. **Please message us when checking out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The cleaning fee covers cleaning after checkout only. It does not include cleaning or linen changes during your stay. Midstay cleaning for added price
Please refrain from parking on the grass there is plenty of private parking in the driveway and street parking if necessary.
If water meter/water/lines are damaged due to parking on the grass, Guest(s) will pay full pmt of repair + compensation of our time spent on repair.

Great property

The property worked perfectly for what we needed. The ping pong table and shuffle board kept us entertained. The homeowner was super helpful and friendly, which made everything go smoothly! Will definitely stay here again.

We have a nice vacation!

We loved the house, and I really enjoyed my stay. There were a few minor issues, such as the stove not working properly at times and the AC being a bit off on the first day. However, everything else was great. Thanks for the lovely experience!

Home away from home

The property was clean and welcoming. The heating and air was perfect and cooled the home to a comfortable temperature quickly. Excellent water pressure with updated fixtures and faucets. This spacious home left me with nothing to desire. Thanks.

Great location

Overall, we were pleased with our stay. The only issues we had were overall cleanliness of the floors, and the kitchen being stocked with the bare minimum of things. If you have a large group and you want to cook, you need appropriate cooking and serving sizes for that. Also basic spices would be very nice.Its a pain to have to buy whole containers of things when you only need a little bit.

Family Vacay

The property was great. We are a family who shares space at home, so sharing rooms was fine. I dont know that "sleeping 10" in 4 bedrooms would go over well with a group that isn' t family, but we have a four bedoom at home, so space was fine. Out of everything we did on vacay, ping pong was the boys' fave; we did have to seek out a sporting goods store and find ping pond balls, however. We left them for your next guest. There was also no sand for the shuffle board, which was sad because my that is my husband's favorite. The location was easy for evrywhere we wanted to go, and it is a nice , comfortable place where the kids wanted to spend time just hanging out. We did have to buy trash bags and toilet paper. I came prepared with laundry detergent and the washer and dryer were taken advantage of as were the extra beach towels and toys, a collection to which we added--- not enouch room in the car for the trip back!! Husband loved the seating on the front porch, and I loved the open pantry which I loaded with snacks for the kids, so there was no asking " what's to eat?" Enjoyed that the ice maker and water in the fridge door worked. That's always a plus! We had a great time. Thank you.

We are Nashville transplants who made Pensacola our new home back in 2016. Since then we have tied the knot and have two amazing kids together (Maddox and Adelynn) and a fur baby (Piper). When we are not enjoying our time with our family we both work full-time jobs that keep us on the go.

We enjoy Pensacola's eclectic and historical features while still maintaining the small town vibe. It is a melting pot of multiple cultures and military transplants from all across the world.

On our days off if you don't catch us at the zoo or the playground we can often be found chasing the kids around the house.

Hosting a home has been a dream of ours for the longest time and one that recently came to fruition and we are truly blessed. We love serving others and the joy that brings us.
