Ruhige Lage ohne Verkehrslärm. Kleinkinderausstattung sehr gut in der Wohnung. Eisentreppe bedarf Aufsicht durch Erwachsene -aber kein Problem.

(Leider) enttäuschend

Die Lage der Fewo war wie beschrieben und der Strand in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort verlief reibungslos. Die Ausstattung- vor allem der Schlafzimmer- war sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab im Inserat keine Hinweise, dass die Wohnung eine Maisonette-Wohnung ist, was mit einem Kleinkind gern im Vorfeld bekannt gewesen wäre. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung lies bei Check-In bereits zu wünschen übrig. Jegliches Geschirr musste vor der ersten Nutzung durch uns ausgewaschen werden, da vollkommen verstaubt. Dass heutzutage noch nach Abreise Strom- und Wasserverbrauch bezahlt werden musste, fanden wir bereits bei Buchung sehr sonderbar. Aber gut. Eine Kaution wurde von uns, ohne vorherige Hinweise, am 4.!! Tag nach Anreise verlangt ( ohne jegliches Protokoll im Vorfeld). Auf Nachfragen bekamen wir nur die Antwort „Sie müssen ja nicht wiederkommen, wenn es nicht gefällt“. Der Preis ist für diese Fewo absolut nicht gerechtfertigt- auch nicht in der Hauptsaison. Wir sind jedes Jahr auf Usedom- seit über 10 Jahren- diese Fewo werden wir allerdings nicht noch einmal aufsuchen.

Es tut uns leid, wenn die Ausstattung nicht dem Geschmack der Mieter entsprach. Die Wohnung wurde von uns vor 5 Jahren erworben und alles neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt im 1.OG, was auch in der Beschreibung erwähnt wird. Die Wohnung ist durchgehend seit Mai belegt, daher ist es uns unverständlich, dass das Geschirr eingestaubt sein sollte. Bitte lesen Sie das Inserat ausführlich, unter Hinweise findet man den Punkt Kaution beschrieben.

schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung war super und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die ruhige Lage war sehr erholsam und man konnte schön entspannen. Der Strand war in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele waren in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und dem Hausmeister waren sehr freundlich und es wurde sich sofort gekümmert, wenn man ein Anliegen hatte. Was uns etwas gefehlt hat war der Grill. Und ein Tipp. Es wäre gut, wenn das WLAN-Passwort in der Wohnung ausliegen würde. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener und schöner Urlaub. Wir kommen gern wieder.
