This apartment is located just 1.5 blocks away from the beach , private south facing sun deck with quick access to the beach we provide 4 free beach tags and parking on site. Great for families with a full size kitchen. The laundromat is just a half block from the apartment, near to the best restaurants and all Seaside Heights has to offer, Early check in is possible yet not guaranteed, you can come and park and check in see if the unit is ready if not we will call you once it is. Groups under 25 will be required a security deposit and will be asked to get vrbo damage protection plan

Erick was great with communication. We even changed our check in time with no trouble. The stairs were scary, and the parking was definitely not ideal-but it was free parking off the street. The building itself is old (most places to stay are around there), so I appreciated the bathroom was newer and updated. Oh - the deck! It was a wonderful bonus for us; nothing beats those nighttime summer breezes.

Great location, close to beach and boardwalk

Condo was exactly what we expected. It was clean, quiet, close to the beach/boardwalk and the parking, deck and beach tags were great bonuses. The property manager was accomodating to our calls and responded promptly if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend for those looking for properties close to boardwalk/beach.

Little apartment with a short walk to the beach!

My family of four enjoyed our two night stay at this location! It’s older but clean, the pictures are accurate. We didn’t spend much time inside because we were just a short walk from the beach and boardwalk. We felt safe walking there even in the evening, too bad the ice cream shop on the corner was closed down. My only suggestions for visiting families is bring dish soap and paper towels. The apartment could also use additional places to hang towels. Overall great stay!
