The kitchen is well equipped with an electric stove/oven, full-size fridge, dishwasher, coffee pot, tea kettle, toaster, crockpot, and all of the dishes and cookware you need to prepare delicious meals at home.
There is also a private fenced backyard with a charcoal smoker and comfortable shaded seating for your enjoyment.
You will find the location of this home extremely convenient to restaurants, shopping, groceries, and many entertainment opportunities. Access to the Augusta Canal Trail and Savannah River is just down the street in the neighborhood. It is a wonderful place for walking, biking, or boating. This home has everything you need for work, play, or just relaxing at home in the Augusta area.
