Welcome to the North Sea spa Cuxhaven

Cuxhaven is officially recognized as a North Sea spa and at the same time the largest health resort on the German coast. Here the Elbe flows into the North Sea.

Spring, summer, autumn and winter: The North Sea spa Cuxhaven is an experience in all seasons. Whatever you do in Cuxhaven, the fascination of the sea can be felt everywhere:
The stiff North Sea breezes, the call of the seagulls, breathtaking big 'pots' on their journey around the world.
The constant change of tides determines the rhythm of safe bathing at high tide and relaxed tidal wandering at low tide.
Here in Döse, a seaside resort in Cuxhaven awaits you my cozy, family-run guest house very close to the sandy beach.
You will find us behind the church 5. We offer cozy apartments of about 23 - 45 m² and 1 - 4 people. Our house is located in the center of Döse, yet in a quiet location and in a few minutes from the sandy beach.
Restaurants, snacks, supermarket, bakery (also open on Sundays) pharmacy, doctor, bank and Volksbank are in the immediate vicinity.

The largest apartment of about 45 square meters, suitable for up to 4 people located in the annex to the main house and has a separate entrance and direct access to the garden with terrace and barbecue area.

In addition to a living room with a small dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower / WC, a bedroom with two beds and a children's room with bunk beds is available.
Free Wi-Fi and a parking space right outside the door. In the communal garden you can barbecue and end the day comfortably the day.

Child friendly:
The house has a high chair, a small game selection and a cot (travel cot).

Service lines:
We are happy to provide bed linen and towels for a fee.
Bed linen - 8 € per person
Towels and bath towel - 4 € per person
Sheets, towels and bath towel - 10 € per person.

The resort fee is during the season 2.80 € per night / person and out of season 1.80 € per night / person over 16 years. As of 01. 03. 2018, the city of Cuxhaven will charge an accommodation tax of 2.75 of the daily accommodation fee, both amounts are due upon arrival.

Check in sehr unkompliziert. Whg liegt in ruhiger Gegend. Um die Ecke ein Bäcker. Whg ist im EG. Küche ist gleich im Eingang. Due beiden Schlafzimmer haben kein Fenster aber Dachluken. Bad auch. Küchenausstattung ist ok. Spüli und Bratöl haben wir selber mitgebracht. Man muss die Handtücher und Bettbezug extra mieten. Das hatte ich irgenwie übersehen. Aber die Vermietern hat noch am gleichen Abend die fehlenden Sachen vorbei gebracht. Insgesamt zu zweit ok. Bei mehr Leuten wirds schwierig, da die Whg doch recht übersichtlich ist und der kleine Esstisch nur zwei Stühle hat. Ein Grundriss wäre vorher zum Einsehen toll.

Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist klein aber gemütlich und dem Preis angemessen. Durch die Gartennutzung kann man dem Strandtrubel entgehen und die Sonne bis in die frühen Abendstunden geniessen. Durch die zentrale Lage sind Kurpark, Kugelbake und Strand in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Fewo ist ruhig und zentral gelegen. Wenn Cuxhaven dann gerne wieder dort.

Super Lage, sehr nette Vermieterin

Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage erlebt. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist top sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

super entspannt

Wir waren von Mittwoch bis Samstag in der Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieterin Frau König war sehr nett und auch sehr zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und auch für den Preis sehr angemessen. Ebenfalls war Sie sehr sauber und liegt im Garten, sodass man auch komplett seine Ruhe genießen kann. Einziger Punkt wo ich ein wenig abziehen muss war der Check In Ablauf. Hier war eine Uhrzeit abgemacht jedoch war die Vermieterin auf Grund eines Termins nicht vor Ort, was nicht weiter schlimm war. Jedoch wäre eine kurze Info mit der Verspätung nett gewesen. Alles in Allem sehr zu Empfehlen, gerne wieder!
