SAYKM Sandy Feet Retreat boats and ATV welcomed! Our Retreat sits back tussled on a quiet street that dead ends into Corp property with the beach just a short drive away on golf cart or ATV. Public boat ramp is less than a 5 min drive. Our house is truly unique experience because it is on stilts with a hammocks underneath to lay back and relax in the shade. Or if you love the sun hang out on the top deck and enjoy watching the birds. Our retreat has everything you need to enjoy the lake life!

Really good house to stay

The house was very good , nice and relaxing and very comfortable. The only bad thing was the parking ,if you have a boat not the best place but if not be good.

Lake getaway

We enjoyed our stay here. Its close to the lake and just 20 minutes away from shopping and restaurants. So it was the best of both worlds. Some of the neighbors had chickens that came to visit us. The kids thought it was amazing and loved the game area. We would definitely stay here again.

Fun and games

We had a great stay. Very clean and neat with everything we needed. Just a short drive to the marina for a day of fishing. We spent hours playing air hockey and ping pong.

Fun getaway

We had a fun getaway. This property was nice and had all the necessities provided. The game space was fun for the kids especially since it was rainy. The grass in the yard was quite tall and made getting to the fire pit area difficult. Overall it was great and we would stay there again.

Disappointed

House was nice. Grounds were overgrown. Trash in driveway. Looked forward to games on ground level, but ceiling over games location didn't look safe. Expected to be able to access private beach, but area was locked. Second beach option had no bathrooms or tables. There was another beach not too far away that was nice. Choose this location because of games and nearness of beach - both were not acceptable. Rented for 4 nights, but went home after just 3.

Lake Texoma near dam

Great host and house. Near state park, dam and other day use areas. If it is wet or rainy then wont be able to use gameroom and the short dirt road will be muddy
