Tons of space, open floor plan, high ceilings, lots of natural lighting, custom furniture, and interior design, 5 spacious bedrooms, large fully equipped gas kitchen, big open backyard with fire pit and grill, and Smart TV's spread throughout the house and bedrooms for streaming your favorite apps and shows along with high-speed WIFI.
The space
There are 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms (2 kings, 4 queens). Brand new appliances throughout this new construction home with a Large Kitchen, Spacious Spa-Like Master Bedroom Bathroom. Separate washroom for the Washer/Dryer and Storage.
The home has had the interior design done by a professional designer with custom artwork and furniture, giving the space a uniquely modern yet classic vibe. Photoshoots are welcome! Plenty of street parking is available, with a large driveway and a two-car garage.

House Rules:
No unauthorized parties are allowed. Please message me for special exceptions and rates.
All guests in the house must be on the reservation. Any unauthorized guests, parties, or events thrown can result in the cancellation of your reservation.
After your checkout, if we notice any breaking house rules, such as throwing parties or gathering and inviting/bringing guests outside of the original guest list, will result in a $500 violation fee.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will not be meeting with your host.
You certify that you will read the check-in instructions prior to arrival and that you are capable of following the instructions.
After checking in, please report if anything is damaged or missing. If nothing is reported and items are found to be damaged or missing after checkout, you may be held liable to fix or replace said items.
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking cigarettes is allowed only outside, but illegal substances are not allowed.
There will be a $300 per day charge if there is evidence found of smoking inside or if the house smells like smoke, weed, hookah, or having an animal on the property.
Quiet Hours are 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM from Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM on Friday and Saturday, which are enforced.
The property should be in a similar condition when you checked in. If the property is excessively dirty and trash ridden, an extra fee will be assessed up to $500
Vomit will result in a $200 clean-up charge plus the costs of replacements and repairs.
"Suitable for infants" and "Suitable for children" means they are more than welcome on the property, but there are no toys, and the property is not baby-proofed.
Check-out would be at 10 Am, with a $50 charge for every hour past 10.
No decorations are allowed (to prevent wall damage)
No candles or objects that could cause a fire risk are allowed

Fantastic space, great for large family group

We had three generations of family here for the Eclipse weekend and this was a terrific space for us. The house is exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean, well equipped, and managed with professionalism and responsiveness. It's well located to get to Deep Ellum or downtown Dallas, and easy to find. The neighborhood is definitely in transition - some people might be a little uncomfortable with the fairly urban environs, but as a base for a large group it's a great option. It's also clearly built/managed as a rental, so the rules are clear, the furnishings are uncluttered, and the basics (coffee, towels, shampoo/soap, detergents...) are all provided in ample quantity. Practically the only sign of real wear and tear is in the ping pong paddles that need replacing. Otherwise everything was in good working order, and all the appliances seem very new. A couple of details you can't necessarily tell from the listing: The master bedroom on the main floor has a huge closet (and a crib) so the closet could be a great nursery option if traveling with a baby. The master BR is a bumpout from the main house so does not get good ventilation, but a large fan is provided which was definitely helpful. The bedroom with two queen beds doesn't have any windows, which is peculiar but wasn't an issue for the kids. Overall we were very happy with the property. It has terrific bed/bath space, was spotlessly clean, and is well managed. We would book it again or recommend it to others.

Great place for big groups!

We had 10 adults staying in this home, and there was more than enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably in a bed. The living room/kitchen was also spacious and a great place for all 10 of us to hang out. It is definitely a full-time rental, so it's lacking in a bit of character (no artwork on the walls, no rug in the living room, basic kitchen utensils, etc). The location was great for getting quick Ubers to nearby neighborhoods like Deep Ellum, Lower Greenville, or State Thomas. However, there wasn't much within walking distance (but Dallas isn't really a walking city anyway). All in all, the house served its purpose for our big group, was super comfortable, and we had a great time! Thank you for hosting us!

Family gathering over the holidays

The place is great for our family: grandparents, 3 children & spouses; 5 grandchildren. The amenities exceeded expectations. The beds were very comfortable. We were very pleased!

Expected more

Upon arrival to the rental we found property was on a corner lot in a part of town that did not seem ideal for walking. We were grateful that we could park our car in the garage because we were not especially comfortable leaving it outside. This was confirmed by the fact that the front window pane on the first floor was cracked. Overall the house was as pictured in the listing. It was quite nice on the inside. The couches in the main space were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils for us to use. The owners suite was lovely. A nice surprise was that the host left us a bottle of wine to enjoy. The backyard was fenced but not very private. There are apartments or condos directly behind that look right into the backyard. There was noise at night and we were woken up by someone ringing the doorbell which we ignored. Our biggest disappointment however had to do with cleanliness. There were used towels hanging in closets upon arrival and dirty ones folded in drawers. Hopefully this is something the host will address with her cleaning service.
