This newly remodeled 1st floor modern pet-friendly 2 bed / 2 bath condo has room for 6 people comfortably, including 2 huge master bedroom closets to store anything necessary for your stay! Pet friendly grassy areas, a pool with waterfalls, outdoor BBQ tables, outdoor fireplace, a kid play area & adult gym for exercising. Centrally located in Summerlin near several golf course. Very safe area behind gates! Refundable $500 security deposit required at time of reservation will refund in 3 days.

Clean up after your pets at ALL TIMES. We have potty areas with poop bags available so there is no excuse.
Pool hours are 8am-10pm - the HOA manager has a unit next to the pool and will come to report you.
ZERO smoking anywhere inside the HOA gates, on patio or inside unit - these rules are very strict. Any fines or cleaning will be billed to you.

Great Stay in Great Location.

This rental was clean and well appointed. Directions for location and check in were spot on. Nice and quiet with friendly neighbors. Close to freeway, short drive from airport. Would definitely stay here again!

Summerlin

Overall very poor and did not meet VRBO standards. We enjoyed Summerlin and the HOA operations. The owner did not list the property deficiencies that she was well aware of. We communicated our concerns to the owner directly and they were ignored. VRBO can check our email chain for our concerns expressed to the owner and her answers or lack thereof. We believe that we were over charged and we are owning for the inconveniences for not being able to make much use of the kitchen until we went shopping for basic items that are always available in VRBO properties. First time in 15 years we have been disappointed and in fact we have booked another property in Summerlin for net March. The owner had plenty of opportunities to make things right but chose not to bother. Please call me directly to discuss this further. I would dearly like to discuss this property with VRBO mgt. Thanks.

Brian, the standards you expected were that of a chefs kitchen. This is a rental, and some of the things you complained about (e.g. frying pans being non existent) were in the cabinets. They just weren't extremely high end. As noted on VRBO, I responded to every discussion you had timely. If you wanted something done, then ask. You gave me a laundry list of stuff at the end of your stay when I cannot do anything. I appreciate you feedback, the unit will be remodeled but everything for you to enjoy a 30 day stay is there. You're the first negative review on all sites I've received. I'm sorry you weren't happy and wanted action, next time request changes sooner and don't remediate your own issues surrounding your standards so I can choose to take action.

Great for visiting family but not staying with family

Perfect space for visiting family in Las Vegas suburbs. Close to stores, grocery, and restaurants. Big enough space to spread out and not be on top of each other. Even enough room to have a cousins sleep over in the bunk beds!

Great place and perfect location for my needs.

We had a great time and the condo is very comfortable. There was a little hiccup checking in but it was resolved promptly but Jacqueline. Will stay again if we are in town.
