Have You Been Searching for a Top Floor with some Ocean Views? Well, Welcome to 145 E Rio Grande. You Will love being in the Center of it all. With three bedrooms and two baths there is room for your whole family. This condo is wonderfully equipped a bakers and chefï¿½s delight! This property is perfect for people watching and access to all of your favorite attractions and restaurants (Mudhen, Dogtooth, Poppis etc.).Just 2 blocks to the beach, the Wildwood Sign and world famous Boardwalk. Location is in close proximity to the Convention Center This condo has one of the largest front porches of any home in the Wildwoods. Come sit, relax and enjoy your favorite cocktail. There is 2 car parking in your garage as well as an additional covered spot in your driveway. While there is central air that works well, the owners have been proactive and installed an additional split system unit in the Living room to keep you extra cool on those 90 degree days. There is a side and backyard for grilling or for the kids to play as well.
Full set of Linens and Towels available for a fee Seventy five dollars to cover cleaning cost, must make the request when booking the reservation.

Rio Grande 1st year anniversary

Central location. Near everything, dining boardwalk and entertainment. About 15 to 20 minute walk to water. The AC was primarily for the main living room so the rear bedrooms were a little warm. Listing indicated a two car garage but it did not indicate that the garage was shared with another unit.
