Well appointed Kitchen with Dishwasher, Living Rm with Queen sleeper, Dining Rm, Private Back yard, and central to the Boardwalk, Duffers, and all of your Wildwood Favorites. 4 Roku TVs to watch what you want, plus private backyard to stretch out with Gas Grill, Fire Pit, and Outdoor Solar Heated Shower when the sun goes down. Comfortable Front Porch completely enclosed to enjoy your coffee or drink, multi-purpose room in back helps you do the laundry and work on your staycation, or attend to unexpected business away from the office. This unit comes with 2 parking permits, one for the block and one for all of Wildwood, minus parking lots. Bring Linens and Towels (3 double/full beds and 1 Queen Sleeper). Truly loved our stay. Only a two block walk to the boardwalk was really convenient. The house accommodated us very nicely. The parking permits were a plus. I liked that the mattresses had a protective all around cover/mattress pad. House was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend host and property. Recommendation for future visitors: bring a small bath mat, hand/bath towels and a non slip shower mat (helps if you have elderly or disabled staying with you). Only thing I wish was different is that they would include bed sheets… hauling bed sheets for 4 beds was a bit cumbersome. Used the wine cooler in the porch for all the water bottles… everyone loved that! Also a few days in, we had an issue with the key code and the owner resolved it super quickly. Will gladly stay again if opportunity arises.

Why they chose this property

Bennett Avenue is the BEST Avenue! We are 1 1/2 blocks towards the beach; you can walk down the boardwalk to your left to be at the Convention Center in less than 5 mintues, or to your right in Wildwood Crest in peace and serenity. So many restaurants and shops are within walking distance: Duffers, Ravioli House, Britton's, Dog Tooth, Marvis, Mud Hen, Uncle Bill's, Acme, CVS, Wawa, Walgreens, etc.

How does it feel to be in your own house with no one above, beside, or below you? You'll find out here! Wildwood can be energetic at times, but at least here you have your own enclosed front porch, back yard, privacy, and serenity after a day at the beach, walk on the boards, or return from all of the local attractions in the area that there are to enjoy! In the shoulder seasons, the property is super quiet and peaceful.
