It has two individually furnished double rooms with kitchen, hallway and bath in the basement as well as cable TV, video, telephone, fax and DSL connection. We are happy to offer you an individual bread service on request.

Parking is available in front of the house free of charge. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden.

The direct vicinity near the Rhine invites you to go jogging, cycling and relaxing. There are also restaurants with traditional and international food nearby.

The transport links via bus / train can be used and the motorways A3, A52, A59 and A44 are not far, so that cities such as Duisburg, Essen, Cologne and many others can be easily reached.

It consists of two individually designed double rooms (one with 2 single beds, the other with 1 double bed) plus kitchen, bathroom, floor in the bright souterrain, TV. Bed linen and towels are included in our service. The house is surrounded by a large garden. Parking places are available free of charge directly in front of the house.

The area close to the river Rhine invites you to go jogging, bicycle-riding and is ideal to relax. A little walk leads along the river Rhine leads you to the historic district of Kaiserswerth. You can find some nice restaurants nearby with traditional and international food. For traveling you can use the connections via bus or tram, and the highways A3, A52, A59 and A44 are not too far away. Prices vary according to the number of guests and trade fair. There are special prices for longer stays.
