Ticket center with discounts on location. Dollywood is nearby along with many other shops, eateries, and attractions.
Great resort and spa for football families and the mountains are alive with all of it's beautiful colors during this time of year.

Vrbo failed

Property was fine. Vrbo double booked and refused to refund that one day and was told if I canceled the one double booked day Ild loose my entire 5 days and NO refund. Owner is very upset as was I after driving 600 miles and told I had no reservations in my name!!! Owner nor I will use vrbo again as when I called your customer service No effort was made by vrbo to talk to property management of westgate!!!!if not for the unit owner Ild been on the street!!!!!!no way to conduct business and treat your clients!👎👎👎😡

Vrbo was hard to work with to fix their problem with this booking issue. I worked really hard to accommodate this couple during their stay at resort. I even went and stayed on the property to ensure they were accommodated. The end result was they had a good time and we made a new friend.
