A gem!

This beautiful property exceeded my expectations as it has everything you could possibly need, (including filtered water) the grounds are gorgeous, and the owner is extremely responsive and gracious. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

Best stay yet!

We had the best time here… plenty of space, super clean, and all the furniture super comfy! Hot tub was great, we enjoyed the fire pit every night and brought inflatables for the pond during the day! 10/10 recommend!

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. Well-suited for a large group. Since it is winter, we didn't use any of the pond amenities, but we enjoyed walking the useable areas of the property, playing in the snow, and keeping an eye out for deer and hunters. The views are peaceful and beautiful. Erin was a fantastic, communicative, and thoughtful host. We hope to stay here again when we find ourselves in western NY next!

We hope Ischua ridge is a peaceful and serene home away from home for you and your family and friends. A place to gather, eat, rest, play and explore. The view of our rolling hills from the back decks and the hot tub will amaze. Catch a glimpse of a deer drinking from our pond earily in the morning. Start your day with a coffe from the keurig, a hike through the property. Then take a short 15 min trip to beautiful Ellicottville for wine, beer, food, shopping and music, tubing in the summer and skiing in the winter.

What makes this property unique

Our spacious property affords guests the space to stretch out and stretch your legs. Dip your toes or your fishing pole in the pond. Warm up in the Hot tub. Have the whole family come and stay for a holiday dinner, with 3 refrigerators and a wine/beer fridge there is plenty of space for all that food.
After a day of fun, rest in our pliush beds, including one of three King beds.
