Ski trip with friends

This property was great for our group of 17 (infant up to 50 yrs old)! It was an easy 8 minute drive to Holiday Valley to ski, and 5 minute drive into downtown Ellicottville.

Amazing Property!

I went with a group of 16 and we had an amazing stay! It is located on a quiet street about 5 minutes from town. We had a handful of out of town folks who were driving in the dark and they found the house with ease. The place was very clean with plenty of room for our entire group. The host, Amy was quick to respond and made sure we were in complete comfort during our stay! I highly recommend and would easily stay here again!
