This property is absolute perfection! The location is incredible - 10 min to downtown, and beautiful views of the water. The house was immaculately clean and communications with the owner were great. Would absolutely stay again in a heartbeat and can't wait for our next visit!
The home was perfect for our family vacation! It's spacious and very well stocked and equipped. We're grateful to Johnny for how easy he made things. The area has so much to enjoy and God's amazing handiwork is on full display!

We really enjoyed the proximity of this property to both Park City and Heber City. We walked around the reservoir and the view of it from the front porch was lovely.
We enjoyed the summer storms and hiking- biking the area was super fun. If we ever come back in the winter the new Mayflower ski area is so close. Its a perfect area to come any time of the year.
My family, two sheepadoodles and I stayed at this home for two weeks for a summer vacation. The home is a short drive from Park City and walkable to Jordanelle Reservoir. We rented a boat, went hiking, and swam in the reservoir. It was lovely to wake up every am and walk part of the lake perimeter trail. The home is spacious, clean and comfortable and Johnny was super responsive. Recommend to anyone - we would love to come back!!!
This place is amazing! Johnny was great to deal with. The location is perfect, 15 mins to Park City slopes. The house was exactly as described. Open floor plan with plenty of space. Our family had a blast skiing, snowmobiling, tubing and enjoying all of what Park City has to offer. Thanks Johnny!
We had a great stay for my 50th birthday. It is truly a beautiful home, lots of room and many beds. It had everything you could need/want. I had some friends over one afternoon for a little celebration, which I got approved ahead of time. However, I didn’t know that there was no overnight parking on the street. I paid the fine for that and a fee for having a pet. They do accept pets, but the fee isn’t listed anywhere, so both of those payments were unexpected. My recommendation is to list them. Other than that, the host was great and the stay was wonderful!
We had a great time with our family. The house was big enough, so all kids and fiancés had their own room.
Location was close to Deer Valley but also to Park City Mountain.

We loved staying here and would stay here again! The Decor is beautiful and tasteful! It’s new! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need if your cooking . I forgot to bring lotion and they had a big bottle in all the bathrooms. Provide shower gel, and shampoo and conditioner. They didn’t skimp! I love it when owners are thoughtful! It’s so close to Jordanelle! Great location!
