The house offers two spacious apartments (each about 60 square meters).
The comfortably furnished apartments have a separate bedroom, living room with sofa bed and flat screen. The bathroom (shower / toilet) and the entire apartment are completely renovated.
The kitchens have a dishwasher, oven / hob, fridge; Microwave, coffee maker and toaster and kettle. There is also a washing machine. Free WiFi can be used.
The bed linen and towels are provided.
Sufficient space in the garden can be used for barbecuing, sunbathing or just chilling. Four-legged friends are allowed on request.
Only about 150 meters to the shopping center, doctor, pharmacy or a cozy beer in the next restaurant.
The apartment is also ideal as a starting point for hikes. You are very quickly in the forest and nature of the Sauerland.

Ruim verblijf in woonwijk van Kierspe

Het verblijf was schoon; vrijwel nieuwe bad- en slaapkamer. Keuken was gedateerd maar wel ruim. Woonkamer mist gezelligheid mede door ontbreken van wat sfeervedrlichting. (1 leeslamp en plafondlamp). De electrische rolluiken gaan iedere ochtend om 07:30 automatisch open waardoor uitslapen lastig is. Verder alles prima!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft!Sauber und sehr gut ausgeststtet.Toll war der komplett eingezäunten Garten,der von der Terasse zugänglich war. Wir würden diese Wohnung sofort wieder buchen.

Grosse Wohnung, umfassend ausgestattet

Die unterschiedlichen, gut eingerichteten Zimmer ließen uns den Aufenthalt genießen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sorgfältig und umfassend ausgestattet! So freute ich mich z.B. über die hochwertige Regendusche mit Thermostatregelung. Auch habe ich es bisher nicht erlebt, dass auch Hilfsmittel wie Verlängerungskabel oder spezielle Reinigungshilfen (z.B. Saugglocke) vorgehalten wurden.

Alles Top für eine kurze Auszeit

Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr sauberen Zustand gewesen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Alltag benötigt. Auch mit kleinen Kindern ist ein Aufenthalt hier optimal (Hochstuhl und Reisebett). In der großen Küche mit entsprechender Ausstattung kann man auch super selber kochen und oder backen. Es gibt einen großen Balkon, der im Sommer sicher einlädt, dort mal den Abend ausklingen zu lassen oder zu essen. (Da wir jetzt im Winter da waren, haben wir ihn nicht genutzt ;) ) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Zusammenfassend war es für uns ein wirklich gelungener Aufenthalt und eine tolle, kurze Auszeit vom Alltag! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
