Restaurants, sports bars, quad rentals, convenience stores, nightlife and a casino are all across the street. The marina is walking distance with boat tours and the downtown Malecon is a $5.00 cab ride away. You will be in the middle of the action and have a spacious Villa to come home to.

Marina Pinacate Resort offers 24/7 gated security with beachfront access to live music, vendors. Located a short walk to the shores on Sandy Beach, the sand and sights are incomparable to anything else. This ground floor pool side villa is one of the finer options throughout the Marina Picante complex and throughout all vacation rentals in Rocky Point. With designated parking at the front door, this 3 story ocean front Villa has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths , 2 living areas, and all the amenities of home plus some. This is a quieter area of Sandy Beach and this end unit Villa feels more like a townhouse with privacy.
As you walk in the front door, you’re greeted by an large open living area with kitchen, dining area, laundry room, living area, and 1/2 bath. The kitchen has plenty of granite counter space and a bar with stools for spectators. The dining room table overlooks the living area with oversized couch and scattered chairs that face a large TV and all rooms look out into the ocean views. A wall of sliding glass doors exits to the patio where you can access all the pools, common areas, and everything beachside. There are so many option to walk to from the Villa, many guests never use thier car the entire stay.

Up the stairs is a small living area with full size futon that can be used for a couch or extra sleeping. This faces a TV and mini-fridge so you can relax without running downstairs for refreshments. The 1st bedroom has a King bed, private balcony with seating and views, TV, private bathroom and walk in closet. All beds have 4 pillows, hotel style linens and top of the line mattresses.

The 2nd bedroom on this floor has a King bed, TV, bathroom with bathtub, walk in closet and views of the marina.

The Master bedroom encompasses the entire upper floor. There is a King bed, double sink, toilet, walk in shower, separate sitting area with day bed, 50’ TV, and a large patio with couch, table/chairs and endless views. This overlooks the pools, grassy areas, palm trees and beautiful ocean and marina views. You could sit here all day and not get bored.

Note. There are many pools in at the resort. The small pool area in from of the Villa is for Owners only. Guests have access to the larger pools and all common areas located within 50 yards. Wristbands must be worn and purchased in the Pinacate office upon your arrival for a $10.00 p/p fee.
