Luxury living awaits you, inviting you to relax in style and comfort while you enjoy your stay at this elegant, fully remodeled and renovated condominium in the heart of Downtown Gilbert. Leave the car in the garage, steps away from the booming Heritage District for shopping, unique restaurants, local coffee shops, theatre, live music and nightlife.
The space
Park your vehicle(s) in our tandem garage and enter to find a half bedroom that is not completely private, but comfortable featuring a functional office space with desk and a whimsical day bed twin sleeper. The second floor main living area offers luxury and elegance, cool and cozy furnishings, an entertaining bar with fully stocked chef's kitchen. Down the hallway, you'll find a beautifully remodeled bathroom with soaker tub and THE GILBERT ROOM guest quarters with queen bed and sitting picture window. Venture up the rounded iron staircase to the third floor to find THE SEDONA ROOM, loft style master suite featuring a queen bed, where comfort and old world style meet the enchanted red rocks of Sedona. You'll never want to leave the luxuriously remodeled master bath with artistic walk-in snail shower. We provide travel sized soap, shampoo and conditioner to get you started, but most guests bring their own. Plenty of clean, filtered water is available to you for drinking or making coffee and tea. If there’s anything you need during your stay, we are a phone call away! We hope you enjoy your stay!
Guest access
Personalized codes for accessing the front door keypad and garage will be provided to guests prior to check in. You will have use of a garage door opener for easy access to the garage with a vehicle. Security cameras are affixed to outside front door and garage area. Guests may access pool using the key fob found at front door key ring. There is a back gate providing a walking short cut that leads to downtown Gilbert at the back area, South East side of the complex.

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking, No Excessive Noise, No Mess! By booking, you are agreeing to the terms of our lease agreement. It is imperative that you respect and care for our rental property as if it was your own. We look forward to hosting you and yours.

Great location

We were in town visiting family and this location was perfect with many restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. We also enjoyed the walking path. The place is beautifully decorated and has everything you could need for your stay. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host were very responsive and helpful.

Amazing!

Absolutely loved this property. We stayed here in between buying and selling a house. Staying here felt like a mini-vacation. We didn't want to leave! It is beautifully decorated, down to the shelf paper lined drawers in the dresser. The tilework, the doorknobs, everything. Comfortable beds and furniture. Great to have laundry and a garage. Very close walk to downtown Gilbert. If you are lucky enough to be here on a Saturday morning, the Gilbert Farmers market is not to be missed. Kimberly was great to work with and I will recommend to anyone I know that needs a rental in downtown Gilbert!

Whether you stay in The Gilbert Room Guest Quarters or The Sedona Room loft master bedroom during your stay, we want you to be in style, supreme comfort and take time to fully relax. Kimberly has worked in Real Estate in many different capacities for years now, but has a special passion for creating beautiful spaces through interior design and investing through diversification. Joseph is a master contractor and talented artist in many capacities, who laid every tile himself during the renovation. His vision led to many of the unique and artistic touches you'll see during your stay. Together, they have made a great team and plan to continue the ride enjoying life and having fun along the way as a priority! Together, they love anything outdoors.... biking Usury Park, hiking in Sedona, kayaking down the Salt River to riding the jet-ski's on the breathtaking Arizona lakes! Other passions include a focus on overall health and fitness, getting artistic in any way possible, through creativity in designing pieces for their jewelry business, landscape design and anything music related.

This condo has been fully renovated and remodeled from floor to ceiling completed in the Summer of 2022. Feedback and suggestions are always welcome.
