Cozy studio sleeps 4 , in private home. Private door and entrance to apartment at the rear of the home. One queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa .. The studio is fully furnished with a kitchen , no traditional stove, but can still cook with a Cooker Pot . Free Wifi,TV, Netflix , AC..

Towels and linens are provided but have to be washed by the guest.

Live and work in NYC . Love this state. Every time I think about moving to another State, Its like a magnet pulled me right back . Made many attempts to leave , but I think the diversity is what makes this a great state. I love New York Is not just a tourist logo .its a state of mind.
Why they chose this property
Quiet neighborhood with tree lined streets. This property is private and has space for everyone in their own privacy . The Property is actually between two streets with the driveway in the back of the yard, which makes it desirable, Its has a beautiful fenced yard back and front with a privacy fence to the left . Large Tree from the street shades the backyard and also brings birds and squirrels frolicking in the trees in the mornings. Step outside the door and sit down with a cup of coffee and enjoy the beautiful foliage .

You can enjoy the best of both worlds , The Property has a serene feel of nature , yet you can have the hustle and bustle of the City, four/ five minutes in the business area of White Plains Road , and can access Manhattan downtown in less than an hour.
