Family getaway

This house was perfect for our family stay. It was in a great location and very clean. The hosts were nice and great to respond. We will definitely book here again when we are in Fayetteville.

Great Fayetteville House

This house was everything we needed for our stay in Fayetteville. It is conveniently located to places we wanted to go with easy walking and driving access. The house itself is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The hosts were easy to contact and responsive to our needs. We liked it so much we added a few extra days to our stay. We were very grateful for the well-stocked coffee bar!

Cute home and good location

The home was super cute and beds were comfortable. A few slight hiccups during our stay....no hot water on last day so couldn't shower and house behind ours had a party late into the night which kept my daughter up half the night. Traffic from the front bedroom was pretty loud but the location was good for us to go back/forth to UofArk. A couple of plastic wine glasses in the cabinet still had lipstick stains on them and I'd recommend buying glass dishes for this VRBO. Overall a nice stay.

Boho Bungalow Weekend Stay

Overall, our stay was nice with a few subpar issues that could be better. First, the location is excellent! As previous reviewers mentioned, it is conveniently located to UArk Campus and many other Fayetteville gems for visitors. We were able to get anywhere we wished within 10 mins. If you have noise-sensitive individuals, though, the street noise overnight would be disturbing. We had a couple of issues during our stay - WiFi connection and a kitchen disposal backing up. Though the property manager did offer to come check out both, the timing of his replies were not very timely. We stayed without either being resolved thanks to personal hotspots being shared and no need for full use of the kitchen as we ate meals out. Last, this unit could be better kept up. It was very dusty (surfaces and floors) with cobwebs in many corners and on several furniture pieces. It could have used a good dusting and vacuum prior to our arrival at the very least. All in all, though, these were minor issues for us as we did not spend much time in the unit. However, sharing for those who would plan to hang around more in the future.
