Master Bedroom: King sized bed, private bathroom, large closet, 60" Smart TV.

Guest Bedrooms: Queen bed with firm spring mattresses, closet, and reading lamps.

The Home you are booking is for 8 persons. Extra guests up to 10 persons are welcome for $25 per night. (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)

We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees.

Guest Access:
Full House. Parking in the driveway and street. Our house has a garage, but guests do not have access to the garage.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Wilson Park district and close to everything Fayetteville has to offer. Just blocks from downtown and Dickson St.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking

- PETS - Small/Medium size pets are welcome (under 40 pounds), but we require pre-approval and a $100 fee per pet plus a $150 per pet deposit. (2 pets max).

- No events, parties, or large gatherings.

- Must be at least 22 years old to book

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.
