Our house Villa Lithari was built in 2017 and is your new home for your luxury holidays on Naxos Island. 5,300sq m private property offering you a great view of the Aegean Sea as well as the fertile valley of Naxos island. The great swimming pool, private and used only by our guests, and all the amenities wi come true. Villa Lithari is great for couples and families (with kids). Closed to Plaka and Orkos which are probably the best spot of the Iceland.
Our holiday home, Villa Lithari was built in 2017. My dream of having my own holiday home in my homeland in Greece became a reality. Our German-Greek family offers you your new home for your luxury holiday on the island of Naxos. 5. 300 sqm of private land with stunning views of the Aegean Sea and the fertile valley of the island of Naxos. The large swimming pool, private and only used by our guests, and the luxury amenities of the house will make all your wishes come true. Villa Lithari is ideal for couples and families (with children). Our location is between Plaka and Orkos, probably the best places on the island.

The house is divided into three levels. In the lowest level is a guest apartment with a large bedroom, a small kitchen (where the washing machine is) and a bathroom. This apartment has before a small terrace with transition to the pool level and is connected via a connecting door to the living room. The living room is comfortably furnished with TV and in front of it pool level. A few steps higher is the dining room, the large kitchen with all electrical appliances (dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, oven, microwave, etc.) and a guest toilet. From the back of the kitchen is our "Stoa", an open space set up so that you can sit outside in the summer sun, protected from the sun. In front of the kitchen on the front is the area where we usually have breakfast, eat dinner and enjoy the sunset by the sea. From the dining room level, some steps lead up one side to the gallery, on the other side is the staircase to the upper bedroom area. Here we have two two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All rooms have terraces in front of it.

The house is set up in three levels. The bathroom has a large bedroom with a small kitchen and a bathroom. The main floor has a living room, a dining room, a gallery, a small bathroom and a big kitchen. A staircase leads to the top floor with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces.
