A visit to the city of Makarska is only a few minutes away. However, decide to spend the evening in the house, enjoy on three floors many amenities. The villa has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with a free-standing bath), each room with a balcony / terrace and sea views. The light-filled house offers a fantastic view of the sea and the islands of Hvar and Brac. In addition, the modern villa is equipped with air conditioning in every room, underfloor heating, Sonos sound system, Wi-Fi, a state-of-the-art open kitchen, living room with fireplace, Dalmatian style tavern with small kitchen, professional gym, covered barbecue area and laundry room.

In the outdoor area you will find a heated infinity pool with massage jets and relaxation lounger, two outdoor showers, various loungers on different levels, a spacious terrace, a relaxing rock garden and a large garden with lawn and local plants and herbs. The spacious garden gives children enough space to play and parents a safe feeling. For activities in our villa is well taken care of (table tennis, trampoline, Frisbee, badminton ....).

The ground floor consists of the following rooms: a living room with fireplace, flat screen TV and comfortable leather couch; a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island and stove, oven, coffee maker and dining area; a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom; Guest toilet. The ceiling in the living room is 3.20 m high.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. One of the three rooms also has a freestanding bath.

In the basement there is a gym, traditional tavern (2nd small kitchen with large table and TV) with access to a brick barbecue, and a laundry room with washing machine and sink.

The house has several terraces on all three levels. The terraces are equipped with garden chairs, sun loungers and a dining table set. The entire property is walled.
