About this property
The Globetrotter ~ A Vintage Airstream
The Globetrotter is a restored 1960's Airstream with a comfortable double/queen bed with an additional fold out bed for a child. Tucked into the trees for shade and cover, you can watch wildlife and stargaze from the comfort and seclusion of your own camper, or nap in your hammock.
Guests at the ranch have free use of our tubes, bikes, and trails.
Glamping = Glamorous Camping. Let us handle the set up, you're here to relax! We have three cabins and three vintage trailers to rest your head next to the beautiful Tobacco River.
The space: Whether your thing is hiking, biking, swimming, rock climbing, fishing or forest bathing, we've got you covered. Come for the recreation, but stay to relax!
We're so Northwest that we're almost Canada. And we are called the Last Best Place because of our unspoiled nature, abundant wildlife, solitude and brilliant night skies.
On site you'll find a beautiful community kitchen with all the equipment you need, and showers and bathrooms. (There is no toilet/kitchen in any of our units.) We have a few bikes & tubes for guest use.
**ALSO, Please Read:
~Kitchen and bathrooms are shared with other guests, and are impeccably clean and brand new (and within feet of each unit)
~Guests must Check in before 7:00 pm on first night.
~Pets must be well behaved, and pre-approved (read pet rules!) and must be on leash if they chase wildlife. (Barkers, biters and chasers NOT welcome.)
~No extra guests allowed on property without prior permission.
~No fires except in designated areas - and that is subject to fire conditions (Smoky said so!)
~ALL hiking, swimming, etc is at your own risk.
~Quiet hours: 10 pm - 9 am!
~NO guns or weapons allowed.
~NO food storage or prep allowed in units (it attracts bears, rodents, etc!)
Guest access
Our ranch comprises 450 Acres of trails, pasture, forest and river. Make yourself at home! This cabin is private, secluded and off grid. Guests have access to our community kitchen and showers/toilets. Linens and towels provided. We provide a few tubes for river use and bikes for rails to trails as well. Games, cards, books, etc also available in common areas.
You will experience wildlife, great vistas in a natural setting, but in the comfort of a bed with linens supplied. (And a bath towel, beach towels not supplied.) There is rugged terrain on the property and you will need good walking/hiking shoes. You can unload 100-200 feet from your cabin, but park in designated parking. Toilets are also 100-200 feet from each cabin or camper.
Other things to note~
