Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gem of a spot! The place was very spacious and had everything we needed. There are several great restaurants and bars within walking distance in the area. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great stay I can skip legs for the week!

Great stay very clean. All the amenities were available and well maintained. Comfortable beds, awesome shower! Love the view from the roof, could see downtown Denver from it. Lots of stairs but so worth it.

Great location

We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks. Great location and was thankful for the garage so we did not need to worry about street parking. Loved the roof top and the view of Denver. Rental was clean and as described. Property owners were very responsive. We would stay here again.

Perfect location close to everything downtown. Clean. Beds are very comfortable. Great view from the rooftop patio. Lots of stairs might be an issue for some.

Great place, host, and location

Very accommodating. Location is great. I haven’t been to the highlands for probably 10 years (since it started getting popular). There is much more to do. We walked to several different areas and enjoyed food and drinks. Farmers market on Sunday was great. Would stay here again for sure.

Exceptional Host

Braydon went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed, even offering to buy us coffee since the machine was broken and a new one hadn’t arrived. I was really impressed by his quick responses to our questions and how he went to the extra effort to make sure we were happy. His home is beautiful and well kept.

Nice place near shops, restaurants and downtown Denver

Brayton’s house is just as advertised. Plenty of amenities in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants and shopping. Brayton was quick to reply, and we had no problems during out stay. We highly recommend the property if you need a place to stay in that area.
