We think you`ll love it here in this super cute, light airy pool home in Bonita Springs. Newly decorated, everything has been provided for an amazing vacation or staycation experience.

This is a beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath vacation home has a large patio area, complete with full size pool table and heated pool. Completely re-decorated in July 2022, all furnishings are brand new, including beds, mattresses and linens. The house has a really relaxed and comfortable coastal vibe, which we think you’ll love.

Location:
- in the peaceful residential neighborhood in Bonita Springs
- Just 5 minutes from the cute downtown area – we particularly like the Downtown Coffee & Wine Company and The Bohemian Restaurant
- Easy access to Barefoot and Bonita beaches, Naples, Marco Island, Fort Myers, Sanibel & Captiva and beyond.
- 5 minutes from Coconut Point and 15 minutes from Mercato – both outdoor malls where you’ll find great restaurants, bars, cinemas and shopping.

Living area:
As you enter the home, you immediately get a sense of peace. You`ve found your vacation oasis! The living room area has a large smart TV with access to all the popular streaming apps, and Hulu+ is included to give access to live TV and much more. There is also an additional daybed area, perfect for an afternoon nap or a spot relaxed reading, and desk for anyone who needs to do (un)necessary work whilst on vacation!
There are also plenty of games for all the family.

Kitchen:
Accessed from the living area and dining area, it is fully equipped with all the major appliances, as well as many smaller ones, including a blender for those healthy morning smoothies (or cocktails!), a toaster, hand mixer & blender. There is plenty of dinnerware, silverware and pots and pans to create home cooked meals. There is even a wine fridge!
Coffee lovers should find everything they need as we have a dual filter & Keurig machine, a French press, a coffee grinder, kettle, and starter amounts of coffee, pods, and sugar to get you going in the morning.

Dining/breakfast area:
Through from the open concept kitchen is the dining/breakfast area with a TV and access to the patio and pool deck.

Bedrooms/bathrooms:
The master bedroom is on the right side of the house and has a king size bed, smart TV, a walk in closet and private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.

On the other side of the house are 2 more bedrooms. One with a queen size bed and one with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have smart TVs and closets, with dressers and plenty of space for clothes and luggage storage. There is also the daybed which is ‘full size’ and ideal for one person. The guest bedrooms share a bathroom, with a tub/shower.

Each bathroom has a hairdryer, plenty of towels and we provide basic toiletries for your convenience.

In the garage you will find the brand new washer and dryer and, for those Florida beach days, a cooler, beach umbrella, and a beach chairs, beach toys, and pool floaties. We’d really appreciate it if you could return all beach items clean and ready for the next person’s use. There is also an inflatable pump.

Outside space:
There is a large patio area with conversational seating and sun chaises, a large TV, refrigerator, and a full size pool table, for hours of fun!
The outdoor chefs will love the grill as you can cook up a feast and still be in the midst of sociable conversation with everyone.

The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.

We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owners and are available by phone or text anytime during your stay. There will be a comprehensive house manual at the property as well as online and we will send your check in details and directions the day before your arrival date.

This vacation home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Bonita Springs, just a mile away from the cute downtown Bonita Springs, where you`ll find some cafes and restaurants. We particularly like The Bohemian Restaurant and the Downtown Coffee & Wine Company!
Nearer to the beach there are lots of seafood restaurants - you will be about 15 minutes from Barefoot and Bonita Beach with their beautiful white sugar sand!

You will need a car to get most places, but the cute downtown area of Bonita Springs is only a mile away and can easily be biked to.
The nearest beach is Barefoot Beach, which is approx 6 miles away.
There are good Uber and Lyft services in the area.

Please note: the minimum booking age is 28 for this property.

Please inquire BEFORE booking about pets. We will consider some small furry friends (35lbs and under), but would like to know something about them first. There is a $100 pet fee.

The pool does not have a barrier, so children must be kept under supervision at all times in any outdoor areas.
Pets. We will consider small dogs (no cats) under 35lbs but ONLY with approval. Please inquire BEFORE booking and tell us a little about your furry family member. There is a non-refundable $100 pet fee. If we give permission for a furry guest, please ensure they stay off the furniture, beds and out of the pool.

Pool: Please note that there is no pool barrier, so children of all ages must be supervised at all times. You (occupant) agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the swimming pool and of the swimming pool’s existence on the property and will not hold the owner or property managers liable.

The pool is heated and is serviced once a week, so please leave the screen door to the pool open. Please do not touch the pool controls and please notify us if there is an issue. Thank you for your understanding!

This home is a private residential community and we kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and community as a whole. Please keep noise down before 8am and after 9pm.

We know you will be considerate, but understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable.

Please read through the house manual provided online and in the property, to familiarize yourself with the house and our expectations of guests.
