Walkable neighborhood with sidewalks and a park/river nearby. Central location --- downtown, oil center and major hospitals less than 10 minutes away.

You will have off-street parking in a well-lighted area and a keyless entry into a locked and fenced compound. The Sanctuary Studio is at the rear of the property with trees and gardens.
