This charming house is perfectly located and suits our family to a tee. The communication is first class. We look forward to staying here again in the near future.
As in our previous stays in Susan’s House, our host Gracie went above and beyond. This house is beautiful and in a beautiful neighbourhood, central to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and bespoke shopping. The flow of the house is perfect and suits our needs exactly. Thank you Gracie for hosting us once again and your kindness. We look forward to staying here again.
The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. Everything was clean, and beds were comfortable. The host was great about answering my questions, and made sure to check on us after a storm came through.
Stayed here with friends for the weekend. The house is beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved walking to the Rose District for breakfast and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!
Convenient. Walking easily to restaurants cafes shops etc. Owner very responsive. Minimal cleanup required. Plenty of towels. A/C worked well. Stairs are steep so mobility issues need to be aware limited to one downstairs one bedroom. Plenty of quiet work space upstairs for those needing to zoom in to work.
The home was beautiful and pristinely clean! We enjoyed walking to the restaurants and shops and the location was perfect to drive to the other fun areas in Tulsa like the Gathering place and the OK Aquarium! Comfortable beds and the movie area was fun in the evenings with our teens.
Absolutely adored this beautiful home just steps away from the rose district. Home was immaculate and decorated perfectly. Front porch was perfect for sitting in afternoon and evening. Location is A! This will be on our saves for every visit back to Oklahoma!
Our second stay at this property. Everything was exceptional (again!!). Extremely clean and well appointed. Property manager Gracie was very helpful and communication was great. Excellent location, we walked to dinner on Main Street and enjoyed what downtown BA had to offer.
The property is beautiful exactly as advertised! If not even better. All amenities are outstanding and top notch! Attention to detail and holding true to the historical nature of the home is an understatement. Would recommend to anyone and will stay again!
The home is beautiful and very clean. The lay out is perfect for two couples. We enjoyed the quiet area yet the close proximity to the downtown Rose District. Worked out great! Thank you!
We very much enjoyed our stay. Property was spotlessly clean. Proximity to downtown Broken Arrow is a very short less than 2 minute walk. Property was very well appointed and decorated in a very cool way. We will book this property for future stays!
We booked this as an overflow for friends and family in town for an 80th birthday celebration. Others were jealous that we had such a nice place to stay. The home is beautiful and comfortable. Will definitely book again if needed.
The house was just so interesting because it was built in 1902! The owners have done a wonderful job of modern and old in decorating and updating the house to be very cozy! We loved it! Just walk to eat or shop!

What a great guest to host! So easy to communicate with, and left the place clean and tidy. Would recommend to any other host and would welcome back at the property any time.
We came in to town for a celebration of life. I rented the house so that my husband and I could spend time and be close to our adult children. It was really lovely and the location was perfect. Only suggestions I would have is more dish ware and laundry detergent. We will not hesitate to book this house again when we visit.
This charming home has beautiful original architectural details and is decorated elegantly throughout. The primary bed and bathroom are luxurious, with a comfortable bed, nice linens, and bath robes. I was pleasantly surprised at how close the house was to cute downtown shops and restaurants with outdoor seating. We walked around and explored and even stumbled on a cute bakery within a block or two of the house. This house is the perfect mix of comfort and character. And it was very clean. Would love to go back sometime.
