The holiday apartment Beach House "Seebude" was built in August 2017, and is located in a unique location on the North Sea coast, directly on the sea in the first row, directly on the new lagoon of Büsum, in just 1 minute from the North Sea
The modern apartment Beach House "Seebude" has a combined living and sleeping area with a double bed (180 cm), a wardrobe, a dining area for 2 persons, a flat-screen TV and a radio alarm clock. A separate kitchen with induction cooker, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, combined oven / microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Daylight shower room with toilet, and walk-in, spacious shower. South facing is the covered balcony which has a seat for 2 persons. The own parking space is located directly at the apartment. On request, the beds are freshly made for you, and towels are ready! You just have to arrive and you will feel good!

Die Wohnung hat allen Erwartungen sehr entsprochen. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Es lohnt sich ein Fahrrad dabei zu haben, da der Weg ins Zentrum doch weiter ist als gedacht.

Sehr angenehme Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, auch die Fotos sind nicht geschönt, sondern bilden wirklich - bis hin zur Deko - die Wohnung ab. Alles ist sauber und die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem und in der Küche ist alles Notwendige - inklusive Spülmaschine - vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen!
Um ans Meer zu kommen, muss man nur über den Deich, das Zentrum Büsums ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Ferienwohnung in toller Lage zum Wohlfühlen
In der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung, direkt hinter dem Deich, gibt es alles was es im Urlaub braucht.
Küche und Bad sind sehr funktional und sauber, der Wohn-/Schlafbereich ausreichend groß und gemütlich. Der kleine Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.

Ganz ok
Die FeWo liegt sehr schön, einmal über den Deich und wir waren am Wasser. Der Hafen und die kleine Innenstadt fussläufig gut erreichbar. In der sehr kleinen, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt aber ausreichenden Wohnung war alles Nötige vorhanden, allerdings war die Sauberkeit - insbesondere im Bad - nicht beeindruckend. Als wir ankamen lief die Dusche nicht richtig ab, mutmaßlich weil der Ablauf mit Seifenresten und Haaren völlig verstopft war. Auch sonst waren im Bad fremde Haare und viel Staub verteilt. Dazu noch, der Staubsauger und dessen Bürste müssten dringend mal gereinigt werden....
Die Hausverwaltung konnten wir - wohl wegen Wochenende zunächst nicht erreichen. Erst Montags kam nach erneutem Versuch unsererseits ein Rückruf von der Hausverwaltung und der Ablauf wurde geöffnet. Saubergemacht wurde er allerdings nur sehr bedingt... das war schon ziemlich eklig.
Das Bett ist bequem, die Kissen jedoch wirklich billigst. Kochen geht, jedoch eigentlich nur bei geöffneter Wohnungstür da es keinen Dunstabzug gibt (oder wir keinen gefunden haben).
Die Gegend ist sehr schön. Den Kitesurfen zuzuschauen hat viel Spaß gemacht, ganz besonders bei den sturmbedingt höheren Windgeschwindigkeiten.

Für Pärchen super geeignet
Tolle und ruhige Lage, direkt am Meer. In ca. 15 Minuten direkt am Meer entlang ist man in die Fußgängerzone von Büsum gelaufen.
Schöne Einrichtung der Seebude.
Auch bei der Ausstattung fehlte uns nichts.
