Lovely Spot

My daughter attended a camp at UC Merced, and this property was perfect! The pool was wonderful, and the house was very comfortable and in a great neighborhood. Hoping to book again next year!

Great location

The house was clean and had decor that also allowed us room for our things. We wished that the weather was warm enough to swim. The pool area looked very inviting. The location is very convenient and close to many restaurants and grocery stores.

Super comfortable

We loved this house and will stay again. It's clean and bright, and had everything we needed. The couch is incredibly comfy, and we all slept well in the beds. The location is great, and the manager is lovely and helpful, even dropped off a forgotten item at a relatives for us. Really liked the location, in a nice part of town near the best grocery store and a coffee shop.

Family Time

We were in town for a family get together. This location was just what we needed. The house was just right for our family and the kids especially enjoyed time in the pool. The house was clean, had necessary items like towels ready to go, and they even provided a pack n play for our baby. If we’re in the area, we’ll definitely be staying again!

Home away from Home! A true VRBO

We were in town for a family wedding. Merced hotels are very basic and wanted a home away from home. Amanda the host is very responsive and provides everything you need for a great value. Fluffy towels, shower shampoo, conditioner and body wash, very warm water, great water pressure, clean interior, very comfortable beds, USB port bed lamps in master, well stocked kitchen, air conditioning, safe clean family neighborhood, close to grocery store and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Central Location, Quiet Home, Near Sprouts, UC Merced, and Kid Friendly Activities

This is an excellent get-away home away from home from the Bay Area. Drive a little longer past Tracy or Gilroy, and you’re in UC Merced. We were looking for a safe, quiet, warm home to allow more room to spread out away from our tiny living in San Francisco, and we found everything we were looking for here. Bring a swimming suit, and a few USB chargers and cables for at least half of your devices and you’ll have no reason to leave this lovely home. Home owners are very responsive and the neighborhood is incredible central to everything, including Sprouts within walking distance.

The house was exceptional. There was everything's we needed including swimming pool, BBQ and Wi-Fi. Restaurants and stores within walking distance. The back scrèen door needs attention. Also the master bedroom door squeaks. The pictures really didn't do the house justice. No picture of the front of the house.
