Everything at the house was exceptional -- we enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen for easy cooking, right down to having aluminum foil for leftovers; the garage parking was extremely convenient, especially since it was raining when we unloaded; the pellet stove was a welcome contrast to the grey and cool weather outside; and all the extra amenities really made everything very easy -- e.g., a box of tissue, shampoo/soap in the showers, paper towels, laundry detergent. The house was very clean & nicely furnished; the beds were comfortable; and the primary bedroom's electric fireplace had a blower that added extra comfort to the room. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant; property managers were extremely attentive. This is an excellent & high quality VRBO stay in Merced.

Beautiful home

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. It was cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect vacation spot for our family. The large outside patio was perfect for yard games they supplied like corn hole and horseshoes. The kitchen was a wonderful gathering spot for the family. Highly recommend the lovely home and wonderful hosts!

The house was open and comfortable, and large. The kitchen was brand new and parking in the garage was a nice touch. We stayed together for my mom’s funeral with our immediate family. The hosts checked in with us on often and were very accommodating.

I picked this house because there was a lot of "prep" space in the kitchen. I was in charge of food for the venue. The as a whole was perfect for the meeting up spot of our families...centrally located, near grocery, gas, and main roads, etc. The backyard was delightful! Lots of parking space, too. Loved it. Currently being out of state, it proved to be perfect for our needs...

Second stay and will be back!

We were in the area again to visit my son who attends UC Merced. We chose to stay here again as our first visit was such a positive experience. The second stay was no different. The floor plan is very open/welcoming, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking, plenty of towels, laundry room and the back yard is really nice to hang out in during the evening with a fire in the fire ring. When it gets too cold even with a fire, the inside pellet furnace (pellets included) is very nice to gather around. The location is close to these great walking/biking trails that seem to go forever along creeks and through tree-ed areas with surprising wildlife such as wood ducks. This trip had the added bonus of a few valentine treats provided by the hosts. A very nice touch! My 80 year old parents joined us on this trip and were able to get around the house with no problems. The hosts also make the garage available which is nice for loading/unloading. The hosts provide the right level of communication to let you know they are there for help and also respect your privacy. Overall another very nice stay and we will be back for another visit. Thanks again!
