I have traveled the world and lived in 17 different countries, before I settled in Colorado in 2009. I run several furnished apartments/condos in the Denver Metro area (DTC) and am a licensed CO real estate agent. I love meeting guests who come from all over the States and internationally to visit this beautiful place. The sun shines all the time (even right after a snow storm). The mountains, lakes, rivers and casual lifestyle make visiting us a pleasure!
I am able to offer studios, 1BR and 2BR condos, so if you don't find what you need, please ask!

Why they chose this property
The location is perfect for easy access to the freeway, mountains, shopping, restaurants and the airport. Pride of ownership is present in the attention to detail, and the updating of our units. We do not allow pets, due to allergies and accidents, and smoking is strictly prohibited.
Whilst we appreciate that there are other choices out there, we feel you will appreciate the comfort and quality our condos provide!
