Abriana although I appreciate your good words on my property location, I have to say I disagree with you on the negative that you have written. I am not sure what safety issue you are talking about. In regards to the jacuzzi: It appeared from all your calls and messages to me that you did not know how to operate things. First you had messaged me about not getting the hot water in the shower and it turned out that you were not turning the correct knob. You also didn't know how to lock the door in the back., and you also couldn't get the jacuzzi to heat. I tried my best to do everything to help you by walking you through, then by scheduling a professional spa guy to come out the next day to see what's going on and you said no to that. Then I offered my cleaning person to come by to show you how and you also said no to that. There was nothing else I could have done. When you left I had the jacuzzi checked and it was working fine! I am sorry for your experience but I do not agree with the review you left.

Thank you Jeff for your review. I'm sorry you felt that way about the kitchen even though the kitchen is completely and fully stocked! Yes, up here in Three Rivers we have bats, rodents, bears, snakes... It's the wilderness. I do everything possible to control it from being inside of the house and I have been 100% successful by having a very good pest control come out often. But unfortunately outside is out of my control other than setting a bunch of traps and bait.

Teresa, Thank you for your review. As I replied to your message you had sent me, I do agree with you for the carpets being stained which I explained that I had scheduled a professional cleaner to wash the carpets. They have been washed after your visit. The yard is being taken care of every 2 weeks. It's a 5 acre yard ...The grill gets cleaned after each guest, I don't even comprehend how there could be bowl movement when all the house gets thoroughly cleaned!

Thank you for your feedback. I take all guest concerns seriously, especially when it comes to safety. I'd like to clarify a few key points for accuracy. When you informed me on your first night that you were having trouble with two door locks, I responded immediately and tried to help via FaceTime. When that didn’t resolve the issue, I contacted my handyman, who came out first thing the next morning. He found that one of the locks was functioning properly but required a specific way to operate, and the second lock needed a specialized part due to the unique design of the door. That part had to be ordered, but in the meantime, the door was securely reinforced to ensure guest safety. At no point did I promise any form of compensation, nor was there a property manager involved—I personally handled all communication as the owner. I also want to note that at no time was I informed of any desire to cancel the reservation or check out early, which would have allowed me to assist further. I take pride in maintaining a clean, safe and secure property. The home is located in a very safe area, and I’ve never had any incidents involving unauthorized access. I’m sorry this stay didn’t meet your expectations, but I acted promptly and took every possible step to address the issue during your visit.

Thank you Mykayla for your review. I would like to respond to your concerns: The spa works an gets hot if you follow the instructions. I had guests before you and after you with no issues. Plus I stayed there myself 5 days after you and it was working just fine!! In regards to the back door, again there is a trick to that door and it's in the instructions I had sent you before your check-in. If you would have read it, you would know! The AC you have a choice to have it on a schedule or let it be on all day and night. It was literally just one button on the screen you had to touch. I wish that you would have raised your concerns with me right away and you could have had a better experience rather than just assuming these things don't function! I am always available for my guests and get back to them right away.
