Perfect View and Pool

The place was as listed and the ocean views and pool was amazing. The only thing they can improve is the amenities and kitchen supplies. It was difficult to make big meals for everyone with no oven and the pots and pans were limited.

Family trip

This place was more amazing than what it looks. Everything was spotless we were all very comfortable. Enjoyed the house to the fullest and I have no words to describe the pool area so clean so relaxing it was perfect.

Oceanfront in paradise

This place is paradise in a quiet neighborhood. The ocean views and sounds were spectacular. The pool was very clean and a wonderful plus for our vacation especially since the private beach is not good for swimming. Love love loved it and would definitely return. The only negatives are no kitchen or bathroom vents, grill was not working. No other complaints.

Great place right on the beach

This house was very clean, has a great heated pool and you are literally right on the beach. There are stairs down to the beach right in the back of the property and you can enjoy the ocean. I would say that overall, the house is in great condition. The only constructive feedback I would have for the host is to add some additional towels (especially hand towels) to the home, but other than that it had everything we needed. Communication was great and the host was always available in case we needed anything.We stayed during the end of January, so the wind was pretty high (it's the offseason, and more windy), so watch the doors - the wind can catch them pretty easily and fling them open or shut. The outdoor grill was like new, and the seating outside was really nice. We spent most of our time outside and on the beach or in the pool. Having the living areas separate makes it easy to get a way from the group if needed and you also have near complete sound isolation between rooms. Definitely a nice location for groups or families, and if your goal is to maximize beach time and relaxing, it would be hard to beat.

Spectacular Home Away From Home

The place was exactly as you see in the pictures which was fantastic. It's definitely a peaceful and relaxing place! My issue was that the location on the reservation was not correct hence had to make a few calls. Once I got in touch with the local administrator, Hector, everything went smooth. A few suggestions for the location would be to add lights in the gazebo and grill area. Also, it would be helpful for customers to know that the upstairs rooms are only accessible thru the outside of the house. They are building an outdoor bathroom area which will be very convenient for when coming out of the pool or returning from the beach. Overall we had a great experience. Thank you!

Would definitely stay again.

This location is perfect if you want a few days away from everything and to be right on the beach. Not a lot of local attractions and touristy places though, if that is what you are looking for. It was perfect for us. Only a couple of odd things, no oven, only a stovetop and microwave (we bought a toaster oven and left it for the next visitors), three of the bedrooms (with living area and bathroom) are accessed by an outside staircase and there is no local Uber service once you get here. Not big issues but wasn't expecting that. Overall, it was really a great place to unwind and relax and enjoy a gorgeous view. Pool was great too.
