We had a wonderful stay! The home was in walkable distance to everything around downtown and the riverfront. It was spacious and clean. The owners communicated very well. We’d definitely stay again!
Great home close to everything. We were able to walk to the Live Oak Bank Pavilion/Riverfront Park and everything downtown. Suited our group perfectly!
We were in town for my son’s wedding with family members and friends coming from all over the southeast. The location of the home was fantastic as it was within walking distance's to both the wedding venue and brunch event. The house was spacious and having 3 large bathrooms really helped with getting everyone ready and together on time.
We were in Wilmington for a family wedding. The house was beautiful, big, clean and exactly as advertised. The location was wonderful. We could walk everywhere for the gatherings. We would definitely stay there again.
We loved staying at this house. The location was absolutely perfect for us. We were in town for a family wedding and the church was just across the street! The pre-wedding parties were very close by as well as the reception. The house was very clean, and it accommodated my family of 8 quite well. Neal was very responsive to my questions before and during our stay. I would definitely stay there again!
Close to the airport and downtown. Easy to find. Beautiful house. Beautiful spacious open kitchen. Good parking. The house does sleep about 10 maybe 12 comfortably. If you can bring a blow up bed or two that’ll be helpful if you’re party has a lot of couples or older people. On of the spaces on the main level is huge but it only has a sofa and a futon. The only thing I didn’t care for is we pay a cleaning fee but some of the existing checkout rules is to strip all used bedding, put all used towels in the washer and start it, take out all trash and start the dishwasher but I guess that keeps the cleaning fee low… But I would definitely rent it again.
Such a fabulous house with historical flare and yet all the comforts. We had twelve people comfortably in this home. It was so open and easy to get to anywhere. Perfect distance to the river walk. I loved drinking my coffee on the porch each morning. It was so nice and clean and the hosts were very accommodating. We would love to go back again!!
