Perfect house for large family and very well equipped—even had a child gate which was needed for the stairs. Plenty of room to spread out and get done privacy if desired. Pool was critical to success of the trip even though we spent hours on the beach each day. Highly recommended.

Great house, good location and clean

We stayed for 4 nights. Beds were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms, had an issue with the TV but managing company came right over to fix the problem and showed us how it worked. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

It was a big clean house with plenty of space and accessibility to the pool and the beach. We had bad weather and the communication was great on what we should expect and if there was a need to evacuate or anything. My entire family of 14 enjoyed it and would come back again

Celestrial Shore is highly recommended. The house was exactly as advertised. We gad a group of 10 adults and 8 children and it was perfect. Great location, beautiful beach and convenient to everything we needed...Food Lion, Nags Head Pier and Ice Cream! Property manager was very responsive and kept the pool chemicals in check. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious Home in Great Location

The home is spacious and in a great location. It worked well for us. The only criticism is the interior could use some upgrading

Great location

Large house with plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen appliances were dated, especially range and microwave. Shower at pool was full of pool toys with spider webs, and pool needs new liner.

We enjoyed a few days including Christmas at this house. The elevator was great for my mom who has mobility challenges, and my tri-pawed dog who has trouble climbing stairs. Everything was clean, user-friendly, and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, utensils, several coffee pots, pots and pans, etc. for those wishing to cook. We did not use the pool or hot tub. The outside gated dog area is a great touch. The direct access to the beach is very nice, although quite a few steps up to consider for those with mobility concerns. The rear decks also provide great views, and we enjoyed the ocean view from the top floor where the main living area and kitchen are. Plenty of space, beds, and bathrooms. The second floor has an accessible bathroom. Overall, great place and location. Plenty of parking and things to do nearby!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We were glad the home suited your family over Christmas — especially that the elevator helped your mom and your tri-pawed dog, and that the gated dog area was useful. It’s great to hear the house was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen well-stocked. Good note about the beach access — the direct path is convenient but does involve several steps, and we try to make that clear for guests with mobility concerns. Glad you enjoyed the ocean views, space, and the accessible second-floor bathroom. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again.

Great Location and Lots of Space!

Our stay here was a great time! I went with my family, where we had 10 of us total - one being a 6 month old and a almost 3 year old. There were enough bedrooms to fit all of us. The upstairs area was very spacious (great large couch and dining table!) and we loved having 3 fridges! As another review mentioned, there was some wear and tear, which is to be expected on a property of this age that has been used all summer. The property management team and maintenance team were both very easy to work with when we had certain items come up! The location is amazing and so nice being right on the beach!

OBX late June 2023

The house, location and bedroom/bathroom were as described. We had a problem with the central A/C on the top floor on day 3 - the outside compressor unit self destructed. The property management company was very responsive in providing window units that same day and the outside compressor was replaced by the end of the next day. The property is starting show signs of aging, as demonstrated by the A/C unit going bad. The top floor front deck needs to be sealed of painted, as it’s starting to degrade. The pool was fine for our use, but the liner is staring to peel.
