Lovely Oceanfront Condo -Top Floor - Pet Friendly!

Summary:

"Waterfall in Love" is a third-floor oceanfront condo that sleeps five with a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and sleeper chair. Two full bathrooms and a stocked kitchen offer comfort and space for families or friends. Enjoy beach access and a game room. Up to two well-behaved pets are welcome (fee applies).



The Space:

Waterfall in Love is a cute rustic third floor unit located at Surftides Plaza. This unit has a queen bed in a private bedroom, with a private bathroom. This unit also has a sleeper sofa and a sleeper chair in the living area and another bathroom. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen & flat screen TVs. This unit has a great ocean view, a game room, & laundry facilities.



2026 Update: The pool is closed indefinitely at Surftides Plaza. We do not have an estimated time of when it will be open again. However, the Lincoln City Community Center is only four minutes away and does offer open swim times on their schedule. Visit their website to learn more.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions.



This is a 3rd floor unit; there are steps required to access the unit.

Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Surftides Plaza Rentals manages more than 25 privately owned ocean-view condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

It was ok

I was disappointed with the bed and the bedroom was very dark, but we really only slept there so it was fine.The view is amazing, and I focused on that.

Relaxing get away

We enjoyed our stay, the view of the ocean is beautiful and just a quick walk across the road to get to the beach. Although the unit is older with not the greatest decor ambience, the unit was very clean. Our older kids found the fold out couch and fold out chair to be very hard and uncomfortable though, the fold out chair is very small. It was very easy checking in and the communication is quick with management.

Great little place

Nice little place... definitely lots of stairs so just be prepared for a workout. Parking only allows 1 vehicle per reservation fyi. Oh and make sure the weird door in the bedroom is shut all the way or it will rattle on all night especially on a stormy night. We brought cots because we read the futons were so uncomfortable. All that aside it was a really nice little place and the view was wonderful.

Thank you so much for complying with our parking policy. I am sorry to hear about the door causing trouble. I will make note to housekeeping to make sure we check that and make sure they are secured and latched so they do not make as much noise. I am happy to inform you as you may have noticed the futons we actually no longer in the room as the owner upgraded the living room furniture. I hope you were able to enjoy the many amenities Surftides has to offer as well, like our bubbly hot tub, salt water pool, private balcony with ocean view, newly renovated game room, and private beach access! We enjoyed hosting you and welcome you back any time!

Condo was advertised for five people that only room enough for maybe three

Very tiny pull out couch very tiny pull out chair which the chair was peed on so it was unable to be slept on we were advised that something was built on the chair and it may be wet upon our arrival but we were not expecting human pee

We understand your concern, but we are pleased to confirm that it was NOT a urine stain. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience as there was little to not time to allow the cleaning solution to dry in between the previous guest's departure and your arrival. We hope you otherwise enjoyed the condo and facilities. We hope to have the chance to provide you with an even better experience in the future, should you choose to stay with us again.

The pictures were a bit deceiving. The properties condition was quite outdated. The pictures made it look much nicer than it was. I didn’t get a notification of the spa being broke down until I booked the room with no refund. The room next-door had a notification from the sheriffs department that it was being condemned and all the items inside were being auctioned off. The jackhammer that started outside of our room on the final day (at 8 am) was the cherry on top of our crappy experience here. The only good thing about this place was the view and the quick walk to the beach. The first day the beach was too windy and miserable to be on, but the second day we had beautiful weather and a great experience. All in all, I would not stay here again.
