MermaidBay on 30A is a newly updated townhome located in Seagrove just steps from the beach. Seagrove lies in between Seaside and Rosemary Beach - both only a short bike ride away. This home offers the best of everything; nearby beach access, pools, tennis courts and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. This charming home has fast WiFi, Netflix, parking and is fully stocked with everything needed for a fun and relaxing stay.

We purchased MermaidBay on 30A in early 2021 after falling in love with the Seagrove Beach area, beautiful community setting, pools, nature trails - and close proximity to the beach and walking distance to shopping, wonderful seafood markets and dining along 30A. The home has a host of recent upgrades like hardwood flooring, granite counters an upgraded kitchen and personal touches of our own with all new paint, downstairs flooring, decor, linens, towels, and more. We hope you like the touches we've added!

Our townhome is a spacious two story unit with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths that sleeps up to six comfortably. It is a convenient 3-5 minute walk from the beach and less than 2-minute walk out the front door to both pools, the lake/picnic pavilion, and tennis courts.

This home is also just steps away from the Cassine Trail trailhead which offers a variety of terrain and showcases the diversity of Northwest Florida's ecosystems through a native Cyprus forest. The trail winds through the Point Washington State Forest and can be explored year round as you take in the scenery and views of the headwaters of one of South Walton's rare coastal dune lakes.

The townhome offers a fully stocked kitchen and a secluded patio off the living room. The master has a king bed with new luxury memory foam mattress, and a beautiful tranquil view off the private patio. The second bedroom has two twin beds that could be made into a king bed to accommodate different sleeping arrangements. Master bedroom and living areas both have ceiling fans. Both bedrooms have large closets, dressers and TV's. There is also a comfortable queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Both the large screen TV in the living room along with TVs in both bedrooms are outfitted with Amazon FireTV subscriptions that include Netflix.

We also provide the use of complimentary beach gear, backpack beach chairs, several Mermaid Bay on 30A beach towels and an initial supply of paper and soap products with this home.

I don't know if there is a more desirable area along 30A that offers such a perfect blend of spacious community living and walking distance to the nearby beach access, pools, hiking trails, tennis courts, coffee, breakfast, seafood, shopping, rentals, ice cream and more. Additionally, this location sits right in between Seaside, Watercolor and Rosemary Beach - and only a few miles further away is Grayton, Alys and Seacrest Beaches.

Cassine Gardens is a spacious private community that's perfect for families. It's situated in a cypress grove along a state forest so it's very peaceful and serene. In addition to the easy access to an absolutely gorgeous beach, the property offers miles of nature, fitness and biking trails, two pools, two tennis courts, a private lake with a gazebo and grills for cookouts and a basketball hoop. The lake is stocked so kids can fish in the lake as well.
