This is my families 3rd year staying here and we love it each time! Plenty of space for our family and very clean! Great communication with Tim and wonderful location to walk into town or the lake! Will be back next year!
We really enjoyed staying at this house with our kids and friends for a long Summer weekend getaway. This is our second time staying in this house. It was an easy walk to downtown CDA and not far from the highway.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The 5 minute walk to the beach was super handy and we were only 3 blocks from the main street with all the restaurants and shops. There was ample room in the yard for the kids to play spikeball. We would recommend this place to anyone. Coeur d'alene was a great place to stay.
Fabulous location, so close to everything and within walking distance to anything you need in town! There were 7 of us and more than enough room for everyone, with extra to spare. Tim, the host, was so responsive with all of the questions and enquiries I had, 5 stars! If you golf, you must make it happen, one of the best experiences I've ever had on a golf course, amazing! Coeur D'Alene is a must visit destination, we will definitely be back and renting the same house!
Perfect House or our needs everyone has their own room we use the kitchen and the living room extensively the outdoor barbecue area was perfect. We would definitely use this resident again for our Call annual golf weekend.
Our family were in the CDA area for a reunion and some members stayed at this home. It was a short walk to downtown and the beach. The kitchen came fully stocked and the bedrooms were large enough for us to spread out. The oven wasn't working the week we were there but everything else including A/C was spot on. The house is a bit dated but had all we needed. Hope to be back in the future.

Older house but overall clean. Ac didn’t cool the house off upstairs. Location is wonderful
The location was great. 5-6 blocks to marina. Nice driveway to park boat trailer. The house was ok, kitchen was good well appointed. Bathroom on main floor small. The shower tiny. Primary suite was big and that bathroom was nice. I guess our main disappointment was the yard… the garden was a mess, weeds, the patio area was dirty… the table and chairs were dirty. The second table was kinda unsafe broken tiles with sharp edges. That is why only 4 stars. In the end, we had a great time and made it work…
The location is convenient in a gentrifying neighborhood with a long driveway and lots of street parking, and a pretty weedy lawn and garden. The downstairs floorplan is open and spacious though the dining table won't hold all the potential guests. The kitchen is well stocked but the ancient Wolf range is quirky (easy to leak a lot of gas before the lighting mechanism kicks in). The bedrooms are comfortable but the bedding needs an upgrade (especially the flat lumpy synthetic pillows) and the stained carpet will need some renovation. Overall this is an affordable stopover in CDA and probably meet your expectations of a 2.5 star hotel.
