Welcome to Panama Jeff’s Beach House, a tranquil oasis in the heart of Laguna Beach with a short four-minute walk to the beach. You can see the Gulf of Mexico from the front yard of the home. Located close to the beautiful sugar white sands of the emerald coast. This beach escape is located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, Florida in a family friendly residential setting.

Decorated with coastal decor and furniture in this fun Laguna Beach home which features an open concept that conveniently connects the kitchen, dining and living space.
Enjoy warm breezes and summer cocktails in the spacious outdoor living space. The incredibly comfortably outdoor coastal furniture is made of sturdy eucalyptus wood giving a gorgeous tropical vibe.

Sleeps 6: 2 King beds, and a bunk bed.

The Master Bedroom has a designer King Sized bed, full dresser, 55” Roku TV and, en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2 has a coastal bedroom set. King Sized bed, dresser, and Roku TV.

Bedroom 3 has a Bunk Bed, dresser, and Roku TV.

This new house is equipped with a stove and refrigerator and includes dinnerware, glasses, and utensils, along with a blender, crockpot, and can opener for cooking meals at home.

Come ready to play and relax. Includes beach towels, a beach wagon, 4 beach chairs, a cooler, and various beach toys.

Nearby attractions include Frank Brown Park, the historic 30A highway, Pier Park, and many restaurants.

The home is equipped with a Fire Extinguisher under the kitchen sink and First Aid kit located in the pantry and smoke detectors throughout.

High Speed Internet

The garage is not accessible. It is locked and contains owners' personal items.

*No Pets, No Smoking, Ring Security Camera located above the garage. Records the exterior of the front part of the property.

*Rental is available for 25 years and over. A valid drivers license and rental agreement must be completed.

WONDERFUL STAY!

My daughter and I had a few days to get away and I am so happy I chose this beautiful new beach house! It is clean. it has absolutely everything you might need, and it is so comfortable. we felt at home and hated to leave. It is a short walk to the beach, and what a beautiful beach it is! We adore this little house and hope to make it back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Jeff’s home. Newly remodeled and beautiful. The house is right down the street from a lovely, quiet beach. We had a great time!

We welcome you to The Beach House, a brand new beach rental in Laguna Beach on the Emerald Coast. Our family fell in love with Panama City Beach and we hope you will too. We've been coming to PCB to visit family for years and finally made the investment to get our own dream beach home. This Panama City Beach house rental is privately managed by the owners. We hope you enjoy your stay, relax, and make wonderful memories.

Why they chose this property

A dream come true. We bought this brand new craftsman style beach house in May 2022. We furnished it with the finest coastal beach decor we could find to give us that upscale elegance and atmosphere. We've also mounted a surf board to the wall to give it that cool beach vibe. When standing in front of the house you can see the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Just a short golf cart ride or five minute walk to the beach.

What makes this property unique

This Panama City Beach house is near Pier Park for shopping and entertainment, and near Frank Brown Park for Gulf Coast Jam, Jeep Jam, Thunder Beach Motorcycle Rally. The home is just minutes away from 30A, Rosemary and Seacrest Beach. Seaside, Florida is one of the most charming small towns in America. With picturesque architecture and beautiful weather, it's a popular vacation destination for tourists from around the world. There are many reasons to love Seaside like delicious food, local restaurants and wonderful shops. Seaside is where the Truman Show with Jim Carey was filmed. Walk down the street to the all natural undeveloped beach.
