Great house, excellent location

Was a bit hesitant to book as there were no reviews yet, but everything was exactly as advertised. The home itself was nicely remodeled with modern finishes. The covered patio and grill area were great and where we spent most of our time while at the house. The host was very responsive and helpful. The location in The Roads neighborhood is super convenient, with a gas station within a short walk for grabbing quick items also. Overall no issues and I would recommend it. As I travel to Miami frequently, I'm sure I will book this spot again. One tip if you have a large vehicle, I'd park in the street. It was a tight turn to get out from gate to gate, and I ended up street parking after the first time. Had a great time!
