This was a great stay, we'd stay here again! Jordan was prompt on answering any questions we had! It was clean and well kept! The pictures are accurate!
The property was in a great location and was very clean. It was a short hop to many of the local restaurants. The host was very nice and communicative. Heads up - I did not notice that there was no dishwasher when I booked.
The host was quite responsive and allowed for a noon check-in. The home was nice and the inside was clean, though it didn't look as if the outside of the home and yard didn't look as if it had been cleaned in a while [partially burnt firewood in the back yard / dirty windows. The home is situated on a somewhat busy road, but is otherwise well located.
The property was clean and everything tidy inside when we arrived. Since the house sits next to a busy road, I was expecting some noise inside the house but that was never an issue unless you were sitting on the front patio. We mostly hung out in the backyard which was huge! It was great for our dogs and also for us because we didn’t have to leash them to go potty outside. On our last day we saw a bull elk right across the street from the house. That was a sight to see. The only criticism I would give is the backyard needs a little love. There were a lot of overgrown weeds but nothing that kept us from enjoying the fire pit. There was also a built up small deck which was nice. We would definitely stay again.
Property was great. Awesome location. Backyard needs some work. Needs a deck or patio. Would be great to have cable or local stations. Definitely needs TV in master and hooks someplace to hang clothes.

The house of disappointment in Pinetop
My mistake. I fell for the owners pics of the house I stayed in the place during the month of July 2024. These pics were taken in the winter. When the backyard was covered in snow. The proximity to a major street was deceiving. The outside furniture weren’t shown. The backyard in summer can best be described as a vacant lot complete with construction materials. A mud puddle when it rains. Cheap broken chairs to sit on there. The front patio the table and chairs were in such bad condition they best be left out on the street on bulk trash day. You can’t enjoy sitting on the porch anyways because of the constant road noise. Very intrusive The BBQ should be donated to the Smithsonian as an antique. When I pointed out these deficiencies to the owner, he said I should be grateful that his house was less expensive than others in the areas and took pets. No help there. Maybe a bit less expensive but certainly not cheap. Don’t rent this place in the summer until the owner puts some money to improve the outside amenities and certainly don’t rent it if you’re partial to quiet.
I can't stop raving about our stay. The cabin was nice and clean, well furnished, and very spacious. The fireplace was a really nice touch, being able to use it during winter just added to the comfy atmosphere. We will come again!
We stayed here for the Run to the Pines Car show. Our son is in a wheelchair so we have to have a place with no stairs which is hard to do and still get that cabin feel. The cabin is spacious and cozy. We loved it. Had lots of room to park. We enjoyed our stay very much and would most definitely stay again.
Thank you for getting us in a few hours before, it was perfect timing before the rain came pouring down for the wedding! Gorgeous decor and we loved the wood around the home! You had the small little things everyone needs in the fridge and the bathrooms. The bed was very comfortable, had a wonderful stay!
