In the summer you can experience special bathing in our heated pool, or enjoy your barbecue in our romantic garden (3000m2). In a traffic-free location, our jewel is where you will find peace and relaxation.

In winter, we offer a first-class ski area, with modern facilities, comfortably developed and yet manageable. The region is known for its snow reliability and also has the most modern snow-making system. A total of 45km of the slopes can be fully automatically snowed in just 60 hours if needed. In only 100m you reach the ski school and ski lifts.

Excursions: Through our location in the heart of the Alps you can reach interesting cultural cities such as Salzburg, Innsbruck and Munich in a short time. Or let yourself be enchanted by a boat trip to King Ludwig's romantic castle Herrenchiemsee. If the sun does not shine, the beautiful town of Kitzbühel invites you for a drink or coffee.

Top Urlaub in Tirol

Sehr schön und ruhig gelegenes Haus mit Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser. Die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Balkon sonnig ausgerichtet zum relaxen oder zum Essen. Die Poolanlage haben wir an den warmen Tagen nach dem Wandern sehr genossen. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und großzügig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
