Welcome to "All Decked Out," our recently updated and super comfy home located right on the beautiful shores of Lake Wateree. We've put a lot of love into making this space perfect for you and your crew to unwind and enjoy the lake’s beauty.

Step in and check out the wide-open living area with those incredible lake views. Hang out, chat, and laugh with your favorite people. The kitchen's fully loaded with a big island, great for cooking up tasty meals. Plus, there's a big dining table for 8, so everyone's included.

When it's time to relax, the cozy living room is the spot. Sink into the comfy leather sofa or grab a plush chair, and there's even an electric fireplace for extra coziness. But the best part? The covered sunroom facing the lake—it’s the ultimate chill spot.

But wait, there's more! Our wrap-around deck is amazing. Loads of seating, perfect for soaking up the sun and those stunning lake views. You won't want to leave!

For all you water fans, bring your own boat or jet skis. Our dock's spacious and awesome for parking your water toys or stargazing at night. We've also got a kayak for your use. Safety first, but have a blast!

Perfect

We stayed in this darling lake house only for a weekend. We were very satisfied with the house. Everything was comfortable, clean and well appointed. We will be back.

Great quiet lakeside retreat

This little house doesn't live little. 4 bedrooms have plenty of space, a large porch and outdoor entertainment area, and a VERY well stocked kitchen make it an awesome place to stay. We will definitely keep this one on the list to revisit.

Living that Lake Life!!

Our family had a great time We loved the house and the location. The owners were very responsive and answered all of our questions. Boat rental was a breeze at Wateree Marina. We will stay there again for sure!!

Wonderful!!

The property is lovely and very peaceful. It was the perfect way to enjoy a relaxing week with family and friends. We had so much fun on the lake boating, floating and jet skiing!!

Just as described and more!

Our family of seven and two grand pups enjoyed a five night four day stay at this fun home. From the moment we came into the house everything was spit spot and looked lovely. The open concept kitchen, living and dining room were perfect for our family. It allowed us to interact with one another while preparing meals. The kitchen was wonderfully outfitted including extras like sugar, coffee creamer, peanut butter, spices oils, and such. Everyone slept great on the beds and all enjoyed having their own room with good sized closets. The two bathrooms are perfect size with wonderful showers, plenty of hot water and enough towels for everyone. It was so nice to have an extra refrigerator, that I do not remember being in the listing, but it was great to find. As well as a washer and dryer, which came in very handy with beach towels and such. It was so nice to have the wraparound deck and we used it quite a bit. It was also great to have the two kayaks available for us and they worked out well. We had the best time and enjoyed the house very much. I highly recommend you choose this home for your next Lake Wateree vacation. You won’t be disappointed!

Our family purchased this home so we could have a place to make more family memories. My brother and I grew up on a lake in upstate NY and it holds fond memories for us. We wanted to share those memories with our family.

When we first visited the property, we felt at home. Although the home needed a ton of work to make it the clean fresh home you see now, we just knew the bones were right! And that view! How could you not love that view!
